The house is located in the exclusive Club Real residential complex within Playacar, which offers double security, apart from Club Real, it has the privilege of having a tennis court, gardens, a beautiful pool with its palapa. The house is distributed as the next : Low level : Living room, Dinning room Kitchen Half bath Its private exteriors (terrace, gardens) Bedroom 1: with a queen bed, closet and its private bathroom. First level : Bedroom 2: with a queen bed, closet, private bathroom and balcony Bedroom 3: a king size bed, 1 single bed, master closet, its private bathroom and its balcony. Bedroom 4: a bunk bed with 4 beds, AC, TV and its balcony Other things to note ELECTRICITY USAGE: Electricity is very expensive here in Playa del Carmen. You are given a reasonable amount of usage (40 kWh) per day and any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at 7 pesos per kWh (about 34 cents USD). Turning off the A/C and lights when away from the villa is usually enough to stay within the allotment. SMOKING: Smoking indoors is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in a $ 200 fine. DAMAGES / LOST ITEMS: Any damage to the home / property or any missing items will be charged at their retail replacement value plus labor (if applicable). MAINTENANCE: Keep the house clean and respect it as you would like others to respect yours. This is not a hotel. If you leave the house excessively dirty and / or with too much trash, you will be charged a deep cleaning fee of $ 120-250, depending on how bad the mess is.
