This newly constructed and beautifully appointed twin style home has commanding views of the Sentinel/High Peaks range, walking access to the lake, Whiteface Mountain views, manicured gardens, club restaurants and many outdoor recreation opportunities. With an open and inviting floorplan and four bedrooms (plus a pull-out sofa in ground floor den), four full baths (with heated floors) and free WiFi, we are sure to accommodate your family and guests. The main floor is spacious, offering living room with gas fireplace and bright cathedral ceilings, large modern chef's kitchen with a long granite island (seats 6), dining area (seats 6), 55-inch TV (Smart TV/with cable) and access to an expansive wrap around deck with stunning mountain views. The main floor also includes a large bedroom with queen bed and full bath. Upstairs features two bedrooms to include a large master suite with king bed, "his and her" bath, walk-in closet and slider to a second deck with mountain views and a second bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The lower level of the home offers one additional bunk bedroom (bunk has full size mattress on bottom and single mattress on top), one full bath, a large den room with pull-out sofa/memory foam mattress that sleeps two, a 65-inch TV (Smart TV/with cable), with direct access to the outdoor via the garage. The large one car garage is also available for your use to store skis, boots, bikes, kayaks, etc. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make beautiful meals and memories.
