Guest Access: Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and backyard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway & on the street for 3 or 4 cars. Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible. The Neighborhood: This cozy home is located in the Belmont area, and is perfect for all groups visiting the area. Conveniently located just a 4-minute drive from Belmont Abbey College and a mere 15 minutes from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The White Water Center is less than 10 minutes and features parks, hiking, rock climbing, rafting, and much more! Ubers are available at this location. Other Things to Note: The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house-trained :). Unfortunately, we do NOT allow cats. Any pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for up to 3 Dogs per stay to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $250 fine. If pets will be on the property for over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance. We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays. The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old. If the booking party is under 25, they may submit the ID of any guest who will be staying at the property. If no guest meets the age requirement, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a refundable* $1000 security deposit. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy. *If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.
