It has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay :) TV comes with complimentary Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, where available. It comes with 1 dedicated off street parking spot in the parking lot behind the house. If you have more than 1 car, other cars can do street parking [a parking guide will be sent over with check in instructions]. Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: 2 double beds Bedroom 2: 1 double bed Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed Living/Common Area: 1 sofa bed Stairs may be required; wheelchair not accessible. The Neighborhood: Founded in 1749, Old Town Alexandria is DC's oldest neighborhood and George Washington's hometown, with the first president's historic Mount Vernon estate only eight miles south. Alexandria, Virginia, is a city on the Potomac River, just south of Washington, DC. It’s known for its Old Town, with brick sidewalks and well-preserved 18th- and 19th-century buildings. Other Things to Note: Security camera/recording device — Front - Facing entrance; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing. No smoking No pets No parties or events Late check out fee is at $50/hour There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
