Whether you're staying for a short or extended duration, this place has everything you need! Wifi, AC & Sofa bed for extra guest available. Welcome to our spacious and beautifully appointed 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of St.Pauls! All areas of the apartment are equipped with air-conditioning and WiFi, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay. Linens| At 360 Estates we love a good night sleep, due to this we only provide the best of linens to our guests, with also 2 sets of towels given per person. Internet| Strong, fast and reliable Laundry| Private washing machine available for guests to use for free at their own convenience. 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand. 5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights) - Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person 7. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. Very important notes before booking: 1.
