Relax in this second floor unit as you enjoy golf views framed by grand oaks and Spanish moss from your deck or window overlooking the 8th green of Ocean Winds Golf Course. Experience the privacy and luxury of Seabrook's wide, pristine beaches located just minutes away within easy walking or biking distance. You will find the "conveniences of home" in this renovated 2 bedroom villa which is new to our rental program. Ceramic tile runs through the villa. The great room has vaulted ceilings and large windows over the sliders flooding the room with plenaty of natural light. Off the entry is the powder bath. The main living area incorporates both dining and relaxation spaces. There are two couches and a 50" Smart TV. Head out the sliding door to the deck. Watch the golfers come up the fairway! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage at the bisto table. Gather for meals at the dining table which seats 5. The kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. There are new stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker, and plenty of cookware. Head up the stairs to the second floor bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed and 32"Smart TV. This bedroom has a half wall and can be open to the great room below or use the sliding doors to close of this space for privacy. The guest bedroom has both a full and twin bed. In the hall is the full bath. There is a double sink vanity and tub/shower combo. Rounding out the second floor it the laundry space. Here you will have the convenience of a stacked washer and dryer. For the dog lovers, the owners are happy to have you bring 1 or 2 pups (additional fees apply)! This great villa is the perfect spot to enjoy Seabrook Island and all the beauty it has to make your vacation memorable! *Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available to purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees with the exception of a 5$ towel fee; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply) Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
