It is filled with natural light, a unique Bedouin style fabric ceiling with a magnificent hanging chandelier and ample room to entertain. POOL & OUTDOORS Guests have access to the entire house, including the private pool, deck, and backyard outdoor patio area! PARKING There is a two car limit on site. There is additional parking on the adjacent street to the road the house is on. The home sits on a narrow one-way road. Of course we have a few other properties for your pleasure which are in more remote areas, and sound and music is a not a major a concern. The Bali House is for a Zen relaxing Palm Beach experience! * We are very strict and DO NOT allow parties of any kind on this property! No loud speakers allowed outside property. * Noise level must be kept down when outdoors between 9pm and 9am please. Neighbors sensitive and will call us about noise. * Number of guests must be confirmed. Absolutely no additional guests /visitors without permission or disclosure. Additional nightly charge per each unaccounted guest/visitor. Cameras monitor guest entries. * Security cameras are permanently placed on the outside of the main entrances and the back of the house facing the Golf Course, please DO NOT touch or unplug the alarm or camera's. It will result in a $500 fee. * Neighborhood enforces a no loud music neighborhood. House is for relaxing enjoyment of guests whose needs do not interfere with these restrictions. * Absolutely NO SMOKING, HOOKAH or ILLEGAL DRUGS OF ANY KIND anywhere on the property, any evidence and you will be charged the fine above. * Owners have sentimental treasures decorating home from travels, items broken or permanently removed off property will result in fee above.
