We very much enjoyed our stay. It’s a great place to unwind and fantastic views. Thank you!

The property was well maintained, very clean, spacious especially with kids, the scenery was so peaceful, picturesque and overall amazing!! Hard to believe we were only an hour and half away from the city…we hope to return soon.

Older house that has character and amazing views.
Could use a bit of updating and a good thorough clean as we encountered lots of cobwebs and dust.
Pool table was an added bonus as weather was not ideal to venture out.
One of the bathrooms has been updated nicely.
Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the possums woke us on their nightly run down the roof and deck, birds came up to the deck to say hi.
Kitchen has everything you need and more.

The house was comfortable and the views were stunning. My family felt right at home and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Not into modern style holiday houses. Prefer old school log cabins especially if holidaying in the mountains and this place offered as close as a vibe to mountain living as posdible. Cozy, well set up and amazing views. The host was true blue and easy to communicate wirh.

Good value stay in the Blue Mountains. The view is incredible and would go back again just to wake up to that every day. Property is deceiving and much bigger than it appears in the pictures.

So easy to arrive to a home ready to put your things down, light a fire and enjoy a glass of wine taking in the beautiful sunset!

Photos did not justify this property. This property has magnificent view and make you feel like being home. Ralph is very responsive. Very pleased with your communication and your property.

The downstairs area is very handy to keep some separation with young adult groups. Very versatile. Great to have a roaring fire in winter.

What a view! Don’t think you could top the position. The house was big and ramshackle and our kids loved it. Tricked all the boxes for what you’re looking for in a Blue Mountains stay. A little away from the town centre but wouldn’t trade that. For the view you get. Only negatives was the dishwasher wasn’t working and the stairs raised the anxiety levels with our 2 year old (given all the other bits and pieces supplied, perhaps a baby gate for the stairs could be another plus)

Very clean, beautiful views. Ralph was efficient and friendly.

Great place. Bigger than expected, there's actually a 4th room with sofas and 2 single beds as well as the 3 bedrooms with queen beds. Plenty of heating options to keep warm during winter in the Blue Mountain's.

If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with a good glimpse of the blue mountains. This is it.

Quiet location, comfy beds, great view from deck.

The property is need of a very deep clean.
The bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned after the last visitors. There was hair, a dead spider & mould on the bathroom floors.
Overall condition of the property was very poor. My friends & decided not to stay because of how unclean it was.
We contacted the owner to say we weren’t staying & we received a full refund.

We had a great Easter long weekend at Graceland. The house is amazing, had everything we needed for 2 families with 3 kids. So much space. The view is to die for and definitely didnt disappoint!! Unfortunately we had cyclonic winds all weekend so we didnt get to enjoy the balconies as much as we would have liked. Thank goodness for the fireplace. Ralph is a great host, very understanding after a few mix ups when I booked thru Stayz. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Thank you so much, Ralph.
We had a wonderful time there with great views and its location. The place is always my first choice to stay with my family in Blue mountains.

The photos don't do this property justice - much much bigger in reality and genuinely a cosy and relaxing place to spend a few nights with friends. The view is amazing and the property is extremely well stocked, the pool table especially is great downstairs.

Ralph was a very friendly and helpful host. The house is an oldish cottage with plenty of bathrooms and beds. And TVs.
The highlight is the living room and deck with the amazing view (and there's another deck and great view downstairs with the pool table). The sofas are very comfortable to enjoy the view if the deck is a bit too warm (or too cold in summer).
The bi-fold doors onto the deck didn't all open, but we were able to open it up a bit and enjoy a nice breeze.
The local pub (the Imperial) is permanently closed.
Overall a very enjoyable weekend and you could never tire of that view and the beautiful sunsets). Thanks Ralph.

We were three adult family members. This house has plenty of room to spread out. The main floor and bottom floor has a panoramic view of the valley and sunset and both floors have a large deck. There are three full bathrooms (the shower in the bottom floor was closed off). Also a washer and dryer and the soap. We learned that the owner does not provide towels normally, but since we were not prepared, he willingly provided them. Plenty of pots and pans to cook, hot water kettle and french press coffee pot. The heater in the main floor open plan living, dining and kitchen did a nice job keeping the room warm during a cold snap that one day went down to 0 C. Heaters in each room and the electric blankets helped to keep us warm at night. The kitchen has a well stocked pantry filled with spices, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, tea and coffee. We did find a dirty sponge, cloth and dish brush in the sink upon arrival. And we did use the dishwasher once, but it left food particles on the dishes and hand washed after that. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend this house to others. Especially a family or two.

The property is beautifully located with a gorgeous view. In spite of the cold weather, the house was warm with heaters and electric blankets. When we arrived, there was some trouble and delay getting the keys; but the owner responded well.
I had selected the house because I use a wheelchair, and access was on the level with no stairs. Wheelchair users should however note: all doors to the outdoors have a sill or lip; corridors are narrow; doorways tend to be narrow; the pantry is extremely narrow! The bathrooms must be accessed on foot; and the shower has a high lip which must be stepped over.

This property is in a great location with panoramic views. It is a rustic property, which contains all which is required for a self catering stay. The weather was somewhat rainy for our stay, however, the property has plenty of DVDs, pool table and books to occupy yourself.

Beautifully kept, spacious home with magnificent panoramic views; the owners have clearly given a lot of thought to the requirements of visitors, with comfortable beds, plenty of heating and entertainment options, excellent kitchen and even two bathrooms! We enjoyed our stay very much, and highly recommend this property.

Magnificent views across the valley perched on Mt Victoria ridge. Ralph’s home is very comfortable.
We love to cook and everything you could reasonably ask for from kitchen utensil / pots & pans and basic pantry was available.
3 bathrooms, 3 separate living areas (2 of which double as bedrooms) and 2 dedicated double bedrooms. 2 separate balconies overlooking the valley.
Steep drive down to the house proving under cover parking for one car and tandem parking for one or two more cars.
Those who have booked will not be disappointed.
