Good location and staff was friendly.
Could hear a lot through the walls. The water tasted like dirt and the shower was mouldy.

Overall, it was enough for a one night stay in our road trip, but would not recommend it for longer travel. It is located close to the highway, has a Denny’s nearby and enough parking available. Breakfast was simple but good enough for a short stay. Seems like you get what you pay for.
Rooms are old and don’t seem well maintained. The balcony look like it was barely hanging onto the wall! Seems like a hazard so we didn’t dare step on it. It also does not seem logical to put the “pet friendly” rooms on the second floor. Staff was polite but seemed put off by the fact we were staying with our dog and seemed a bit rude when warning us that if the dog made any noise, we could be kicked off. Not enough space in the breakfast room for all more than 10 guests at a time.

breakfast is included; hot shower is good; bed is cozy to sleep on; extra pillow
outlet near the sink area is not working. I was not able to use their hair dryer because it is built in the wall. luckily I brought my own hair dryer. It did not work also when I use the outlet near the sink area but it worked when I use the other outlet which is the one near the bed. And perhaps.. hopefully toothpaste is already part of the toiletries in the future.

The person that checked us in called and made sure our room was good. Getting 15% off at Denny’s was also very nice... very quiet for sleeping also.
It’s a old hotel.

It was pet friendly
The walls, ceilings etc. were paper thin. I could hear my neighbours microwave ding when their dinner was ready, and every step the people above me took across their room.

The pressure for the shower.
Asked for a plunger and we got a heater.. staff didn’t speak very good English. Blankets were very thin, seemed like just sheets. Poor insulation in the walls. Door to the room seemed damaged and didn’t close well.

Rooms felt a little cold.

The accommodations is value for the money. Location has many places near to eat and you get a discount at Dennys which is next door. The staff were friendly and property in good shape. It was lovely to have a balcony as it snowed. The room is ample size and bathroom was clean. This is a lower budget motel with high end hotel service minus a concierge or Bell Hop or Fine Dining. The complimentary self-serve breakfast foods provided exceded expectations.
The bathtub stopper was annoying but its common in places so not a reflection on property its just that I don't like these as they don't drain fast.

Price is great. Breakfast and accommodating if you don't have a credit card
A bit run down and not the best on cleaning but it's alright.

close to Foothills Hospital
dirty, grungy, showing it’s age
2.0
Location was good close to the hospital and Denny's,
It was not overly clean, there is no heat in the rooms and it was -20 outside so you can imagine how cold the room was. The blanket was a small thin fleece then a paper thin cover on the top of the bed.
Also they use or spray a ton of air fresheners maybe trying to cover a smell but it's so so strong it makes you sick

The personal in the entry was too roof, the place had a bad smell, the location wasn't the best...
