That was my best stay at a hotel up to now, and it made me feel as I was at home!

I was impressed by your staff member Wanda, due her exceptional customer service, flexibility, patience and dedication to make the guests feel comfortable during their stay at the hotel. The place was well organised and clean!

On my last day morning, before I checked out, I had to take a shower with cold water, because the warm water was not coming out for any reason...

Poor

The elevators were broken majority of the stay so we had to go up 8 flights of stairs. This was during our daughter’s dance competition so we had to use the stairs frequently with thousands of people attending this event at the hotel. Still waiting on the $100 holding fee to be applied back on to my account.

The property is beautiful and close to the NJ Convention Center.

Просторий номер, багато меблів і простору для зберігання речей, гарний вид з вікна, комфортно для делегатів конференцій.

Розташування (трансфер до аеропорта або міста вимагає суттєвих витрат), поблизу готеля немає інфраструктури, бажано мати власне авто. Брудний килим в номері, дивний гул у трубах водопостачання.

Is a beautiful hotel. Good location, covered parking, close to restaurants and easy access to the highway

Had to ask over half a dozens times for pillows and blankets for the pull out in our room starting at 430 in the afternoon and finally had them brought up near midnight. Had 2 children that are normally in bed by 9. When we spoke yo the manager the next morning the best compensation she was able yo offer was a couple free coffees in the lobby starbucks. Pool was nice, would have been better if the hot tub wasn't ice cold and actually worked. LARGER and/ or stiffer pillows on bed. Would expect a little better from a 200 a night hitel

Hotel looked impressive from the outside but it was not as clean as what we expected.

the location was good.

the fitness center closed too early. According to receipt, the parking was reimbursed but the credits card did not reflect the fact.

I forgot the young lady’s name that checked me in but she was super kind and accommodating, well versed in the area and made the experience pretty awesome.

The time with my fiance only abd hot water.

Very good

The staff was very nice and considerate. Beautiful lobby. The rooms were clean and cozy. Overall good stay.

I didn’t like that the indoor hot tub and sauna didn’t work. I drove 17 hours all the way from Florida and I couldn’t wait to soak in the hot tub and relax. When I got there, they lady said the hot tub hasn’t been working for two months. However, this wasn’t reflected on their website. Then, the sauna wasn’t working either. They at least need to update their website so their guest are aware the hot tub and sauna don’t work, that way, we don’t expect to use it. Because the hot tub was something I was definitely looking forward too and I was disappointed that it wasn’t working.
