Booking was misleading and the room was very cramp

That location was great

The so called accessible room wasn’t accessible. I don’t see how someone in a mobile device could get into the room. Furniture extremely close and false advertisement of a balcony when it was only a very small right step on space.

Pretty average place to stay. Might be ok when finished.

Great view of the waterways.

The property was in the middle of a renovation so pretty messy in the entrance and our room was a bit shoddy. It looked like everything was being done in a hurry and not finished properly.

Perfect for a pre-cruise stay

Had the 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect for our group of 4. Used the small kitchen & it had what we needed. Pool was nice & hotel close to water taxi dock. Maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach in one direction and a 10 minute walk to Publix in the other direction.

Only 1 of the bedrooms got cool. No real cold air in the other bedroom. Maintenance came & looked at the A/C and changed the filter, but that did not fix the problem at all. Luckily it was manageable for 3 nights.

The property was great. Pool area was very nice, room was great. Main reason I chose it was that it provided queen beds instead of double beds which is important to me

Need better connection with the phone. No one answered when I really needed it.

I enjoy the view and I enjoy the rooms. We had a great time and no problem with the rooms. The beach was near and the front was very helpful.

Well the small fridge wasn't working properly. Didn't freeze anything. Besides that not enough paper to clean up the area. Also a friend of mine needed a wheelchair but wasn't able to get anyone to answer the phone call.

Very Dissatisfied

I had paid in full through booking .com 36 months prior to arriving at the hotel yet they had no record of full payment so they charged me AGAIN a very expensive daily rate .SO I ENDED PAYING TWICE.

loved being on the intercoastal, staff was great! Water taxi was great being onsight!

Your staff was really great, very friendly & helpful. Especially our housekeeper on the 4th floor, Amante who took care of a couple requests (coffee, extra towels) with enthusiasm! always greeted us when she saw us. The stay started with Whitney at the front desk being so friendly & accommodating. Also, your bartenders, Rodrigo & Tomas made having a couple cocktails fun & were also very friendly & accommodating. Please recognize these 4 people on your staff in particular, we would come back to the Gallery One just because the staff made us feel special & remembered us when they saw us! Best service we have received in any hotel in a long time!

Bed was a bit too soft, that was the only thing we would criticize. (also, the bedroom door in 411 didn't close well, wasn't a big issue for us, but might be for others)

Good convenient hotel but plan to eat out.

Lots of space, fantastic suite. Good sized, comfy bed.

Shower head was too low for my 6ft son to use comfortably. Food in restaurant was disappointing. Our burger was undercooked.

Horrible experience

I had a horrible experience. I froze my tail off. Was sleep deprived for 2 days because there was no heat in the room. I was told by a day manager Max that “this hotel has no heat”. I don’t believe that when other managers were shocked by his response. When you have aggressive rheumatoid arthritis as I do, you cannot possibly sleep when the room temperature stays at 65 degrees. I had to try to sleep with 3 layers top and bottom, thick socks and wool cap. My God it was horrible. The hotel never offered to find a space heater for my room. They should comp me a free weekend in another heated room with breakfast. I couldn’t wait to get the hell out of there and return to my heated home. The only redeeming feature was the staff specifically Ana, night manager, and Whitney.

Mediocre: There are much better alternatives

Breakfast along with kitchen staff were remarkable. Housekeeper was pleasant.

Too much to list but here’s a start: No food available after 9 pm Items for sale (ice cream, chips) were old and stale; ice cream had been melted and refrozen $100/day credit card hold: this means on a two day stay expect an $800 credit card hold Beds are not updated Valet is minimal which means traffic could be backed up to the Main Street Front desk staff were perfunctory in their work: nothing special and the manager checked me in

I would definitely stay there again - best location for so many reasons!

The Water Taxi was by far one of the greatest experiences and way to get around to see the sights. Also enjoyed being next to the Galleria Mall. My room was really great although I didn't stay in it very long as I was attending a wedding Would have liked a chance to check out the beach but maybe next time. Nice lounge area on the canal and lots to see just hanging out there. Also, the fitness room, although small, packed a lot of punch - including a Peleton bike, weights and treadmill.

The lighting could have been better and brighter as I was on the street side vs. the water side. The bathroom was also missing a hairdryer. I called to see if I could get an earlier check in that day, and they said they should be able to accomodate me. However, when I got to the hotel at 2:00, they said they would call me when there was an availability. At 3:50 I checked in with the front desk again and they had no recollection of my request (I guess a changing of staff) but I did get a room.

Good if you just need a bed to sleep in, bad if you plan on spending anytime or plan on eating there

It was near a really nice mall and all the activities/trips that were planned. One or two nice staff members.

My room smelt terrible from the moment I stepped in the door. The toilet in my room didn’t flush properly and the people across the hall had the same issue. Mm

We love coming to Fort Lauderdale and stay here because it’s convenient.

Overall the hotel is very nice, the rooms are nice. This is our 3rd time staying here and everything was great.

We asked for toilet paper on my last night and never received it.

No housekeeping service on a daily basis , only upon request. No, even a bottle of water was provided.. Different room category were provided, as the booked one was not available.
