Clean and good standard

We booked the Hampton Inn following a stay there in Palm Springs area, in Palm Springs the rooms were much bigger and the breakfast had a wider choice (my daughter missed the whipped cream for her breakfast waffles) so we were slightly disappointed as we expected the same standard as in Palm Springs area - but nothing major to complain about

Very disappointed. For the price of this hotel, it should have been a more comfortable stay.

This facility was disappointing all the way around.

The breakfast was terrible, the room smelled of body odor, and the air conditioning unit emitted a high-pitched whine that mad it impossible to sleep while it was on.

The staff was pretty rude at the front desk. A bunch of little kids running around trying to run the place. I booked my reservation online and they were not very helpful and accommodating to get me in a room quickly. Also, there was no bathroom I could use while I was waiting for my room

It was comfortable to sleep, breakfast was amazing, definitely staying here again when we come back.

Everything was clean and spotless. The employees were nice and helpful.

Clean, nicely decorated with seaside theme and underwater photos.

Powdered eggs for breakfast weren't great, but the rest of the spread had plenty of options. Some road noise, but not too bad.

Avoid this place if you care about a clean environment.

The place looks clean in the common areas. We did like that it was quiet from the outside noise.

The elevator made a loud thumping sound every time we used it which gave us some level of anxiety that it was going to break. The room was not clean. The beds had dirt and hair in the bedsheets. When we talked to the front office clerk, he wasn't able to help us much since he was the only one working and could only provide us with extra bed sheets which were also not clean.

I should have kept researching before choosing this hotel. The amount we paid is too high for one night’s stay. Definite

The property was clean… except for our room. The staff were accommodating and respectful.

Our room didn’t seem like it was properly wiped down. The nightstand had something smeared on it, and looked gross. That just made us feel as though the room was unsanitary. The property was in a weird location and the parking was VERY odd. It didn’t feel safe.

Highly recommend!

Great location close to everything and right off the freeway. Breakfast assortment was perfect to get the stay started. My family and I felt safe and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

A nice place to stay at a reasonable price (for the area)!

The breakfast was good, the hotel was kept clean, and the staff were friendly.

The parking area was a little awkward, and the elevator was slow and made some noises (nothing major).

Very pleasant stay. We will defiantly come stay again.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Very accommodating! The hotel was EXTREMELY clean and organized. We were there during December so the Christmas decor was beautiful as well.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff.

All Staff was extremely nice. Comfy bed and sheets.

Hidden extra fees when received the bill. There wasn’t coffee and flavored creamer accessible all day and night like other Hampton Inns.
