The hallways and the room. It is a very big property that has a ton of potential but right now the rooms a very much a mess. The wall paper was falling down. Not just a corner but big sections, Everything looks like it was purchased 30 years ago. The hallways are painted white...very white and looked terrible.

Pleasant

It was old, people staying there kept propping one of the exterior doors open. This concerned me as to how secure the hotel was. The door needed a room key to open, so I don’t know why anyone staying there would need to prop it open.

Superb

Pool was great for kids and a great hot breakfast that was more then just a waffle. Bacon, eggs, sausage and potatoes, pancakes where the items available for our stay

Just OK. overpriced for the above issues.

easy to find. good value.

construction noise and dust in the lobby. they are redoing the flooring. the price should have been much lower for this disruption. very poor internet. don’t expect to watch a movie on your devices using the hotel’s internet.

This place is a good value with great breakfasts to start your day.

The breakfasts were the star of the show. Each morning they had many different choices, both savory and sweet-not all pancakes, muffins, and cereal, though those were available as well. Their pork green chili, which they had every day, was delicious. Even with the mountains of snow, there was ample parking. There were plenty of spots to walk my dog. The room was large and even had room to place his crate comfortably. There was a nice fridge and microwave in the room too.

The wifi was terribly unreliable. When it worked, it was slow (1-3 Mbs), but it kept dropping, usually at an inopportune time like when I was on a call with a client. This may be a Craig problem as cell internet also was slow, and other wifi around town was pretty slow as well.

Economical stay with comfortable rooms, but with multiple inconveniences.

Room was comfortable with all the usual extras, mini-frig, microwave, coffee maker. Good breakfast.

“Hot” water not really hot. This is a real negative in cold weather. Renovations were under way in the common areas. Only entrance was the front by desk, but the majority of parking was on the sides of the building. There were exit doors on the sides, but guests could not re-enter these doors. Thus, items from cars had to the carried across an icy parking lot to the entrance. The presence of two semi-trucks in the front further reduced the close to entrance parking.

Breakfast was fine but someone was sick two days so there was only cereal and waffles.

My room’s heater died my last night. No heat at all. The temp in Craig was minus 21 that night. Unpleasant

facilities was/is under construction or some sort of remodeling, there was a lot of dust, when in the pool it was to cold.

Twice a year

Its always clean and quite.

We stay at this hotel at very least twice a year. Every time is good. This time the bed sheets had rips in the sides. Not a big deal to me but just so the company knows.

Great place to stay! Very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast options, and great location!

The bed was very comfortable! The indoor pool was very clean and warm! the hot tub was clean and very relaxing! The breakfast had variety with some staples that were there daily. We could always find something we liked!

The only thing I didn’t like was during our stay the property was under construction. This was a very minimal inconvenience. Plus I know during my next visit to the area that it will have new updates! I look forward to seeing how those trim out!

Frustrating to pay extra for the room

I paid Booking.com for 5 nights and received only 3 nights and then paid for the other 2 while there. I'm not sure who ended up with the extra $200+ . Not happy with Booking.com or Quality Inn. Done with both.

Nice spot if you're in the area.

Breakfast was typical, though a bit better than average, with fresh fruit (oranges). Room was clean and comfortable.

The Hot Tub was NOT HOT... but the swimming pool was wonderful. There is some renovation going on, but we were not impacted directed.
