I WOULD NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS FREE!!!!

Nothing went well from the minute I arrived first two rooms were atrocious but the clerk went out of her way to accommodate me.

The first room I went to was filthy not cleaned beer bottles every where dirty sheets room stunk of cigarettes and dirty ass second room had no bedding and freezing dirty towels over smoke alarms counters scummy finally third room cleaner but fridge was frozen and couch was broken and unusable

Called and told them I was going to be late getting there they said ok I had already paid these days before I also requested bottom floor because I'm disabled and also a pool view they said that taken care of gave me the room 120 I'll check in and they had given my room away they said come to find out from the manager that that room had been taken and was being used for weeks already so they didn't understand why they would tell me that room then they gave me another room but it was on the second floor got that straightened out finally gets a room on the first floor try to open the door with both keys did not work I was tired worn out upset about losing my room in the first place by the pool cuz I had stayed back there before earlier this month or last month try to open the door keys didn't work had to go get keys the guy came with me and try to use the keys himself couldn't do it so he used his key to get in so after that every time I came back to the hotel I had to go to the office and tell him I need to be let in my room come to find out on that one too that the manager told me there was no keys ever even issued to that room so I don't understand what was going on but that wasn't all you go to open the door and where they had done work at the hotel the new carpet they got was too tall and to open the door you have to actually use your whole body weight I am disabled and I'm very sore and kind of hurt my back every time I open that door to get in or even to close it so this was all disgust to the manager of the day I checked out and they said I had to contact booking.com and request a discount they have already agreed so there's no problem on their end I would like to get that money returned I think it was a percentage of what I paid so I'd appreciate it if this could be taken care of very promptly is swiftly thank you very much

I didn’t like it at all

They customer service was horrible they gave me the wrong room 3 times and the room I ended up with had ants everywhere.

Everything and I was like to I booked the jacuzzi room and they gave it to another guess if there even was a jacuzzi room I drove 2 hours down for that purpose only and what I got was a hotel where people lived now what would make anyone who was trying to have a elegant weekend with the one I love to see that type of atmosphere I had cut my time short and I was never given my deposit back....... In 60 years of my life I've never been so I'm comfortable scared of the atmosphere. No satisfaction whatsoever in that trip and yet I still have a received my deposit

I wouldnt stay there again.

Staff was great.. Parking was Great!

Smelled like weed walking into the lobby 1st night. Toliet Paper Holder Broken. Hair on bed. Tv wasnt hooked up properly, staff came to fix it. Ice machine broken. No elevator it was broken. I asked for 1st floor not to deal with this so we listened to stomping all night. It was hot in lobby and bugs flying about. Heat was set to on and 75 in room when we got there. Went to wash my clothes and dryer was broken staff had to handle my wet clothes. ( staff was great)

The man who took our grand daughter to the airport was so very very nice,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

We did like the breakfast very much.

At first they gave us a room that had not been cleaned, but then we got a cleaned one, they were really nice about that, the door was a bit hard to open, but then that might of been good..............

Total waste of money. Will never be back again.

Not a single thing!!!!

The staff was awful. The lobby smelled like marijuana. The room was 54 degrees due to the heater not working right. The carpet/linoleum floor was torn up creating a tripping hazard. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The toilet paper holder was completely rusted and almost fell out of the wall and did not hold toilet paper roll. The shower had nasty stains. The shower head was damaged. There were stains all over the bed and bedskirt. Someone tried opening our door in the middle of the night and there was loud music in the parking lot from a tenant that staff was well aware of. Worst hotel in America.

Very good

The area is a wonderful location to the mall and restaurants.

The door to the room was to hard to open due to the weather stripping and carpet were to close together. Also, you can see the botchy patch work on the paint.

The housekeeping staff were nice.

The doors in the room had to be slammed shut from outside when leaving or they wouldn't close. The locks were loose and broken. We told staff about this and they stated it was because they just did updates. We had to switch one of the rooms because the door wouldn't lock. There were roaches in the rooms as well. When we made the staff aware they didn't seem bothered at all. Also they overcharged us $80 when we had booked online. The staff tried to say it was a computer error. Never again. Do yourself a favor don't stay here.

The breakfast 🥞 was good

Getting woke up @3am-6am loud music playing in another Room down stairs very loud with bass coming threw the walls couldn't even get a good night's rest would of stayed at home with kids if I knew I wasn't going get no sleep left @7am because couldn't sleep due to the disturbing noise
