Won’t stay there again

The location was perfect

The. Carpet in the hallways were old and dirty. And the a/c in our room didn’t circulate and caused poor air quality . Was not worth the cost

Didn’t eat breakfast, but the room was roomy and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. If I travel that way again I would be staying at Comfort Inn

Good

For a location so far, I was not expecting better. Everything was fine to me. Staff, room, breakfast, location etc. Breakfast especially was better than any other brand name places. I congratulate management for keeping this place so clean and welcoming.

Superb

The Staff was friendly, room 365, was clean and cool. Breakfast was good, with a number of options. We often stay at Comfort Suites when we travel, knowing that we will be safe, and comfy when we arrive. Thank you!

Bad

The staff was nice and responded to requests. However, that did not make up for not getting the suite we reserved and paid in advance for.

The room we booked was not what we got. The staff told us they were over- booked and that the room we reserved and paid for was not available. There were 5 of us stuck into a regular hotel room with full-size beds and not queen-size beds. We had to move furniture around to get a roll-a-bed to fit in the room. We will NEVER stay here again. There was not a refund of any difference in the cost of a room and a suite. To top it off, the beds were hard and felt like they had stuffed the mattress with rocks.

Everything was perfect! My favorite was the LED bathroom light, perfect for putting makeup on! The beds were so comfy! The breakfast was a big variety and tasty. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area!

100% enjoyed

The staff was very nice. Our room was nicer than I expected. Breakfast was delicious. My son and I always enjoy making waffles. Easy to find, right off the interstate. Easy to get back on the interstate the next morning.

I don't have a single complaint.

I wish I would have known how uncomfortable the bed was because I would’ve booked elsewhere.

The location was great. Access to Walmart, fast food and gas within a mile from hotel.Both receptionists were very nice. If room was as good as staff our stay would have been better. The breakfast was good.

The bed was awful. The mattress was so hard that I had to take the 4 pillows and open them, lay them on mattress, then TRY to get comfortable which didn’t happen. We heard EVERYTHING that was happening next door! Walls must be paper thin. Very uncomfortable. After traveling 14 hours we really needed a good nights rest but that didn’t happen.

Not happy, stayed twice in only a few days.

Clean and comfortable

Over charged Ordered King, got double full instead. Never compensated or rate re adjusted. Served spoiled food items for breakfast, orange juice separated from water, and twice opened spoiled yogurt within the expiration date, so properly refrigeration. AC was too noisy to sleep.

Okay

Bathroom. Had a handicap room, which I didn't need and was never told it was one. No bathtub and nothing to stop water from running out. Not happy with that!

Clean, safe & comfortable hotel

The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable. it is very close to the highway, but far enough to be quiet. Breakfast is good.

There is no bar or restaurant to get something to eat or a drink upon arrival.

roaches everywhere gross!!!

the roaches everyone parks just wherever. double parked, parked sideways taking up several spots.

it was way to expensive to stay one night, price should have been cheaper.

I would not recommend this hotel

The breakfast was nice.

Our room was not cleaned after the first day. The trash and dirty towels started to stack up, which created a smell. The bed was very springy/uncomfortable and the sheets had red stains on them.

Breakfast was marginal. Location was OK for travelers.

The mattress was old and worn out. The bathroom renovation was not complete. Bathroom door did not latch properly. Hotel was not very clean and I saw a roach in the bathroom.
