Perfect for our needs

This hotel was in the perfect location for us, being only blocks from family. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the fact that check-out was at noon. The staff all seemed really kind. The provided breakfast had a variety of available dishes, probably one of the most varied offerings I've seen at a hotel. And there was plenty of seating to be able to sit and eat without feeling rushed.

There were only two things we didn't really like. The first is that over half of the parking lot was roped off for re-paving and/or re-painting. That half was the half with the handicapped spots, leaving no handicapped spots available for use. The second was that the color balance was off on the TV in our room. I'm not sure if it needs to be replaced or just serviced, but it had a predominantly blue tinge to it. Not exactly deal breakers nor didn't really ruin the stay, just things that were inconvenient.

I have to block most of the lights when sleeping like the lights o. The microwave little red lote on the TV. Making sure the lights from the outside are blocked. Etc light from under the door.

Zero water pressure. That was great.

Constant police activity, which they have no control over.

Was good and I would definitely book again

Free breakfast was great. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The layout was good.

Roll away bed super uncomfortable. The pool had overwhelming chlorine smell that cam through to the lobby.

Good

I liked that we weren't hassled about family visiting and using the pool or what time they arrived or left. Breakfast was good. 24 hour guest laundry and pool/hot tub usage was definitely a plus.

The plumbing. Couldn't really use the toilet without fearing that it would overflow. Had to call maintenance before toilet was even used.

Won’t go back.

They didn’t offer me a cookie, but everything else was well done at front desk. This is the only motel I know of that far north in Spokane, and I had a 7:20 am appointment. I have stayed before, and attended functions.

First room someone had been smoking, second room the toilet was up and someone had used it without flushing. I have cleaned motels so my ick tolerance is pretty high. and I carry sanitary wipes, so I cleaned it myself because it was late, I was tired, the rest of the room was clean and it was a long way to front desk.

Nice place.

Very very clean!!! Great staff. We stay here a lot.

Our room was by Division St. We hardly slept, listened to traffic all night. Breakfast wasn't the best this time either. We normally love it 😀
