They need to work and take off the smell of smoke outside in the hallways

The hotel met my needs as my time was mostly occupied by a convention I was attending in Spokane.

There were reasonable but limited choices. Only one choice of a hot entree. I did not use it much.

The hotel is very old, has limited parking, and the bathrooms, by standards of other hotel chains I have used, were extremely small and inconvenient for laying out toiletries. The wifi service was irritating due to the need to sign in every 24 hours. On the other hand, the staff were cheerful and helpful and the price of the room was reasonable.

Nothing exceptional but fine

I wasn't able to go to breakfast but my husband did and said it was ok--nothing exceptional but fine.

I REALLY missed having a counter in the bathroom-- no place to put all my toiletries. Also was a bit small.

Met needs, did not exceed expectations

Place was decently clean and inviting

Parking garage closed for winter, wasn't notified in advance and desk worker wasn't aware of situation. Desk worker didn't know street parking regulations.

Great stay

The front desk was wonderful. The gentleman brought out a cart to our vehicle to help with our luggage. Room was comfy. Even answered questions about our pizza delivery Would strongly recommend!

Nice budget-priced motel in downtown Spokane

Easy budget-priced place to stay in downtown Spokane, with quick freeway access and lots of places to eat nearby (comfort and fast food in same block, upscale places a few blocks away closer along the riverfront). This is an older motel that shows its age, but beds are comfortable and staff is welcoming. Breakfast is nothing special but there are options and it's great for grab-and-go. Enjoyed getting hot coffee, bagels and cookies for our drive after checking out.

No half-and-half for coffee, and no fruit in the breakfast bar.

Nice facilities with friendly staff and great breakfast.

Great breakfast and the sliding door to a porch made the nighttime dog walking the easiest of our vacation. Very pleasant helpful receptionist.

One of the guests had cluttered up their porch area with bottles and cigarette butts..

Clean and comfortable; Worthy of a one night stay

Obviously had renovations done recently. It was clean, affordable and tasteful. Breakfast was ok too.

Good location right off the freeway, but sort of a sketchy area of town. This hotel takes some sort of government support for “needy” patrons so it’s housing for some.

Still waiting for my deposit refund!

Close to Interstate and downtown, but quiet. Interesting 60s architecture.

Still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded (3 weeks already). Although the hotel and stay was OK this is not acceptable to me.

Don’t stay here. It’s in the most awful part of town.

The place is literally swarming with drug addicts. We cancelled from the parking lot on arrival.

Bathroom could use a makeover. They didn't have any decaffeinated coffee.

Very good

4 of us stayed in 1 room. Bathroom is small but we managed. Although an older hotel the rooms have been updated with cool retro furnishing and the beds were super comfy. Right downtown almost under the freeway but still surprisingly quiet. We all slept through the night. Front desk staff were really pleasant. One thing I would have liked them to provide is glassware should you want a beverage in your room. They only have paper cups. Wine in a paper cup is just wrong.

When I called the desk to ask for a wine glass or even a coffee cup she was rude.
