Even in 2019, the flag assigned to the best seaside resorts has been recognized for 16 consecutive years and the flag for children should not be underestimated. We like to travel and stay in comfortable and clean modern rooms and so in 2017 we decided to restore the entire Residence internally and externally. The dimensions are approximately 40sqm suitable for families of up to 4 families. The modern style kitchen with a giant fridge has a terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and dining, bathroom with windowed shower and bedroom with double bed and bunk bed with a nice terrace too. We are in a central area of Lido di Jesolo at the same time very quiet suitable for families provided by shops, restaurants, games room, ice cream parlors, skip skip for the little ones, beach with entertainment, park on the beach, pedestrian area for evening walks, stop bus. NO PETS SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Hospitality and sympathy Beach 150 meters from the Lido sole mare consortium with umbrella, sun bed and deck chairs included in the rate Beach entertainment for all ages Wifi Electricity, gas and water utilities Bicycles with children's equipment Lift Private parking inside the Residence SATELLITE TV from 2019 Safe-deposit box High chair for babies Bed rail for children Children's bed LINEN AND BATH LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED YOU CAN BRING YOURS OR RENT IT. LINEN RENTAL COSTS: Bed linen € 6.00 per person Bath towels € 6.00 per kit (large - medium - small) per person EXTRA CHARGES: Air conditioning costs € 0.40 per kilowatt hour Example of shopping if you turn on all night until morning € 0.80 usually not needed during the day because it is ventilated. The residence has a washing machine at a cost of € 2.00 per wash. The final cleaning is not required money if you do it otherwise they cost € 40.00 the kitchen in any case should always be left clean. Tourist tax € 1.00 per day for people over the age of 10 for a maximum of 10 nights. At 20 minutes by road from the residence you arrive at Punta Sabbioni, where you can take a motor ship (public transport actv) line n ° 14 to Venice - Piazza San Marco, or line n ° 12 to venice north lagoon and Murano islands and Burano.

Da wir ein einjähriges Kind haben, suchten wir eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit Küche. Wir sind dann bei Roberto fündig geworden. Für uns hat alles super gepasst. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand. Man hat seine eigene Liege/Strandstuhl mit Schirm. Abends haben wir uns immer was zum Essen geholt, da es mit unserem Kind noch sehr anstregend ist auszugehen. Die Lage war auch gut, hatten einen Supermarkt und Restaurants gleich in der Nähe. Roberto und seine Familie waren sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Danke für alles!

Netter Vermieter, unkomplizierter Check in und out, saubere Anlage, kurzer Weg zum Supermarkt, Flaniermeile und Strand. Insgesamt ein super toller Ausgangspunkt für einen Strandurlaub in Lido di Jesolo!

Siamo stati molto contenti della location trovata essendo la prima volta che vi soggiornavamo. Ambiente amichevole e proprietario molto disponibile e cortese. Adatto sicuramente a famiglie con bambini, infatti loro di sicuro non si annoiano, anzi trovano subito compagnia. Noi siamo stati dal 9 al 18 giugno e siamo stati benissimo. Servizio spiaggia compreso molto buono. Sicuramente torneremo anche l'anno prossimo. Marianna e famiglia.

Hallo, Bei Roberto und seiner Familie wird .Gastfreundschaft groß geschrieben. Hier fühlt man sich schon nach kurzer Zeit als wäre man ein Teil dieser wundervollen Familie. Die Zimmer sind super. Es gibt hier nix zu bemängeln. Natürlich wird es auch Leute geben die hier auch etwas finden. Aber mal erlich die gibt es über all. Uns hat es super gut gefallen und wir werden nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.Wir wünschen euch von Herzen alles gute. MfG Zio Matze ;) Lg aus Deutschland

Nous avons apprécié de séjourner dans cet appartement rénové et très propre avec nos deux petites-filles. Il est situé dans un immeuble très proche des plages. Nous y avons été très bien accueillis et très bien conseillés. Nous y reviendrions volontiers.

wir waren dort mit unseren beiden Kindern, diese kleine Ferienwohnung war perfekt, alles was wir gebraucht haben hatten wir in unmittelbarer Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, Bars, Restaurant... ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen, wir waren sehr zufrieden! Und auch Roberto der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Alles top👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

L'appartamento è delle dimensioni giuste per una vacanza estiva (noi eravamo in 4, 2 adulti e 2 bambini). Recentemente ristrutturati, gli appartamenti hanno serramenti nuovi, aria condizionata e una buona pulizia. La cordialità e disponibilità di Roberto (il proprietario) ti fanno sentire subito a tuo agio. Il contesto in cui è posizionato il condominio non è dei migliori ma la posizione di per se è perfetta perché, oltre al mare a 150 metri (con ombrellone incluso!), c'è un supermercato a 50, una panetteria poco distante e un ristorante buono dietro l'angolo. Promosso alla grande!

Good location in east Lido di Jesolo, in off-road, relatively quiet location but very close to excellent beach, with parasol, sunbed and deckchair provided 'en suite'. Good things about apartment: it has the benefit of small balconies off both kitchen/diner and 1 bedroom and wetroom, though very small, is modern. Excellent WiFi. Owner/managers (Roberto & Georgia) very helpful and kind. Less satisfactory things: living space is incredibly cramped - jammed into small kitchen. There are only uncomfortable dining chairs but nothing else (if we had brought family it would have been impossible). Kitchen has only 4 burners but nothing else basic like: oven, microwave, kettle toaster. TV is way, way above on wall with only terrible commercial Italian TV channels. No towels, dish towels, clothes etc in kitchen or tiny wetroom. No linen of any sort provided (so we had to buy our own at some expense) or towels even for use in house. Many apartments in block appeared not even to have plastic table in balcony ... how mean! ... though we were lucky. If weather great and happy with something akin to basic camping is your style, no problem, but prices are not cheap and we would have expected considerably more. We could not really recommend.

Eine sehr nette Familie. Wir würden herzlich empfangen und für alle Anregungen und Wünsche waren Sie für uns da. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr naheliegend, so wie man es auf den Bilder sehen konnte. Sehr Empfehlungswert.
