Comfortable stay with lovely, welcoming host

The host we met (the owners mum) was so lovely and greeted us with a smile both mornings, the room was nice and a comfortable size, fast wifi, smart tv, close to beach and supermarket, aircon was great

Brief but lovely sunny stay.. Enjoyed the Islands...beware the papanaci - bug spray on stand-by!!

Lovely family-run.. Very hospitable who go an extra mile .... Clean comfy rooms, 25 minutes walk from City centre, warm reception and aftercare.. Lovely garden area, with fresh fruit to hand!!

... A microwave might be useful for midnight snacks as lots of cafes with different menus abound in the neighbourhood.

All in all what you get for the price is very good.

The Location was great and the Women who let us in was super nice and friendly. Also checking in with a dog was no problem.

walls are pretty thin (you can the hear the neighbors).

Good value for money, good location

Good location, not too far from Split port / bus station. Close to a beach, supermarket, restaurants etc. Host was lovely. Room clean etc

Good & clean standard rooms. The neighborhood was not too far from center. Bring walking shoes.

Very friendly staff. Facilities are nice, clean and semi-quiet. Our room had a small shared corridor with the neighboring room, which was nice as the corridor had fridge but as a consequence, the corridor does let sound through for when your neighbor comes in and/or goes out. The rooms have a balcony, individual bathrooms and air-conditioning. Note #1. Firule Center Rooms has a lot of stairs, which may be a challenge for some people. Note #2. The surroundings of Firule Center Rooms are OK. If you browse Split with Google Maps, you'll see that the city is fuuuulllll of hotels but what is positive is that they've got a quite nice amount of little bars, kiosks and restaurants, just like around Firule Center Rooms. Note #3. Public transportation in Split is non-existent, and Firule Center Rooms arent in the city center. Bring good walking shoes, and download Uber.

In terms of negative sides of this review, I wouldnt focus on Firule Center Rooms, as they're OK. Nice, clean, semi-quiet and have a balcony + individual bathrooms. I would recommend Firule Center Rooms if you need to go to Split but I wouldnt recommend Split. Split is more expensive than you might expect, especially during the summer season, and this is seen also in prices of rooms. The price of Firule Center Rooms seemed to be standard when compared to their competitors, but when compared to rest of Croatia, the price is high (but standard for Split). If we did our vacation again, we wouldnt go for Split but for a smaller city around Split. You can still visit Split, and go to all of the islands around Split but 50-20km outside Split, there are plenty of beautiful cities that are better value for money and they arent such tourist traps (full-full-full of tourists only).

Our room didn't have iron and hairdryer even it's included in the price.

Lovely owner!

It was close to everything that we needed. The lady who owned the room told us where everything was and we had a nice chat with her, she was very lovely and kind!

The owner was a very nice and heplful lady, we liked her kindness and friendliness.

The equipment was a bit older, but we had no problem with that since the price was very reasonable.

Near to the beach and like 20 min walk to the center. Bed is confortable with nice view. All the amenities to take a coffee or tea are available.
