Great value central hotel with parking!

The hotel was in a great location right in the centre of the city. It came with on site parking which was a real bonus. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable stay.

The only negatives were that some parts of the room were a bit tired. A minor thing but there could be more hooks in the bathroom. There’s a great space at the end of the shower that could be utilised.

PIACEVOLE E CORDIALE

Centralissima posizione a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni , staff cordiale e gentile , la struttura è molto elegante e definita in ogni particolare. Sala relax con possibilità di prendere tisane , caffè o acqua gratuiti per tutto il giorno. Colazione ottima nel salato , dolce da migliorare ma comunque molto buono , prodotti di qualità. In generale hotel ottimo ci tornerei volentieri.

La camera era un po’ dotata, mancavano gli elementi essenziali come bollitore, set di cortesia e coperte in più in caso di freddo. La climatizzazione non funzionava e quindi abbiamo avuto un po’ di freddo. Nel cornicione della porta c’era abbastanza spazio da entrare tutta la luce dell’atrio e da lì sentivamo ogni persona che camminava nel corridoio.. quindi l’insonorizzazione peccava. La pulizia… nonostante tutti i giorni ci cambiassero le lenzuola e asciugamani… era possibile osservare tanta tanta polvere nella camera: nella testiera del letto, sopra l’armadio ( palline di polvere) e nel frigobar.

Fabulous hotel with exceptional staff. We had room 309 which had a large private terrace which was just great. I would highly recommend this hotel as very close to the cathedral. The area was also just perfect with lots of traditional bars.

Beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location in central Seville. Lovely staff. Juan was particularly helpful.

Fantastic location. Beautiful entrance hall, really clean rooms with everything you could need. especially liked the free tea and coffee. Nice touch.

Woken up more than once by loud voices in the entrance area. insulation around the doors might help.

Exceptional staff service , so welcoming & professional. Always a Hola + adios when leaving or returning for the day ..Great lobby ...really elegant . Breakfast was really fresh & beautifully presented . Great vegan options!! Upgraded my room to a double immediately..no problem Complimentary coffee all day .. Held onto luggage on last day while waiting to go to aerport.. Hotel itself is brilliantly located... 10 mins from Cathedral , Palace + all major attractions .

Fantastic

The beds were exceptionally comfortable in spacious rooms. An amazing breakfast to set us up for the day. Location ideal to visit all the sights of Seville. Staff very helpful and professional.

Great location, one of the more modern hotels in Seville

Modern, great location, our room was very quiet (but my mother in law had a front bedroom and that was very noisy), easy check in. good sized bedroom.

I use a shower hat every day but it wasn’t replaced by house keeping neither were the tissues. when rang for a replacement shower hat it took about 40 minutes to get it.

Brilliant location in Sevilla

Brilliant location, in the heart of Seville very close many bars. Staff is super nice and friendly!!!

the rooms are good but there was some mold in the showers. Garage is a challenge is you have a big car, but be patience and you make it!

The location, breakfast and helpful staff

The air conditioning didnt work so the room was too hot. Also, although the bathroom was of reasonable size, the shower area was cramped a d the water from the shower overflowed into the bathroom every time we showered, which was messy.
