Exceptional

The location was perfect. The room was beautiful. The staff was very kind.

Housekeeping went through my suitcase and moved things. They also threw away things I was keeping in the drawers. It felt like an invasion of privacy, but the woman who cleaned was incredibly nice and nothing of value went missing.

The hotel we return to every year to unwind

Great location, good breakfast, great outdoor and indoor pool, a great spa, good room, convenient direct walk to the reserved beachfront

We've been going to the same hotel for the last 5, 6 years. Some of the staff are very pleasant, others - not so much, especially at the restaurant. All around, you start to notice some facility fatigue, which has stayed unchanged for the years we've come to visit. Our biggest hurdle is with the damn magnet key cards. They get demagnetized or are hard to read - you can't get the elevator running on your first try, you can't open your room on your 2nd try, and the electricity won't start for 5 or even 10 times in a row. Please fix this already. Just does not fit the price. The room was cleaned 1 or 2 times for the whole 5-night stay. Finally, the Wi-Fi was horrible.

The hotel, location, food was just fab.

There was an issue with private transfer upon arrival, it arrived, but 1.5 hr later . Some of the staff was not up the 5* standard ( rude and unpleasant). On the side note. Also, because of the wedding event that was happening on Sunday at the hotel, it felt like regular hotel guest had to keep more quiet. Some of the staff was stressed, looked like most of them were concentrated at the big wedding event.

I was very impressed about the hotels stuff. They were great. My husband had a birthday. The guy from the roomservice came with piece of cake, bottle of champagne ant two glasses. It was a really big suprice :)

The room was very comfortable. The view was amazing, and the stuff excellent

It's impossible to watch TV on such a small screen, the bathrobe was old and overused, there were cracks in the bathtab (but the shower was great) and finally there was not enough light on the working desk.

The bed was only with 1 pillow per person and too soft! But the staff was helpful with the pillows!

Very nice hotel. The property, location, rooms, interior, decoration, cleanness, spa area were very good. The sea in front and the garden are amazing!

It is a five-star SPA hotel with a very nice cosmetic studio. The only problem is that you can't use the service. We were there for two weeks in summer and one week in December. Both times we wanted to do pedicure and manicure. The girl was fully booked by people from the town and for the hotel guests where were not slots available at all. I mentioned it in summer. In December we were almost the only guests. The hotel was almost empty and it was still impossible. So if you go there, do your nails in advance. In my opinion the girl should keep available slots for the hotel guests if she is working in the hotel studio.

Very nice building, excellent personnel and poor food and drink management.

Extremely kind and helpful personnel, the room and the location.

The breakfast - it was for 3-star hotel, some of the products were really not tasty and the variety was scarce.

huge room, pool, breakfast, quiet hotel, very nice receptionists

The restaurant Salini- poor customer service from the waiters; did not care about customers, no smiles, no thank you if you leave them tips; too much cigarette smoking- cannot eat your meal from cigarette smoking even outside

Wonderful place for relaxing, swimming; placed in the vicinity of a park; definitely a place to visit again

swimmimg pool clean and large; breakfast was varied and with quality food; exceptional cleanliness; excellent location; many of the personnel were very kind and helpful; parking for hotel guests

few of the staff seemed completely demotivated; food (other than breakfast) was not inspiring, ate much better in other places
