Great place for a night before a flight

Our room was clean, comfortable, and modern. Bathroom was spacious. We had everything we needed. Quick, clean airport shuttle. Great doorman and shuttle driver.

The key card system was not working well, so we could not enter our room without a staff member. Apparently, there was no one on duty to fix it? Not having a working key made room access more complicated.

Buen alojamiento - Buena ubicación

Buena ubicación. Queda al frente del CAS de la Embajada Americana. Al lado de ese espacio queda el Nuestro Bogotá. Excelente centro comercial. Buen servicio en recepción.

Hace falta la nevera en la habitación, incluso vacía, en caso de que uno compre algo afuera.

Good and convenient

Convenient to the airport, free shuttle.

As an English speaker I couldn’t understand the prompts to get a wake up call. I sent a message to the hotel and no one responded.

Habitación hermosa, cama muy cómoda, al lado del aeropuerto. Tiene traslado gratis al aeropuerto desde las 5 am .. desayuno delicioso

Bien las instalaciones, mal el personal

Ubicación , cumple con lo ofrecido

Al llegar con mi familia a las 22:00 hrs el personal no tenía información de la reserva , su sistema no funcionaba , tenían problemas con las máquinas para hacer el cobro y mil cosas. Andaba con niños, era tarde, iba por una escala de unas pocas horas (5) y perdí media hora por la falta de profesionalismo

Bien, pero pudo ser mejor

Me parece muy útil la ruta permanente hotel-aeropuerto-hotel. El personal de los "taxis" blancos es muy amable.

La verdad me parece muy insuficiente la experiencia con el desayuno, esperaba más. Me parece insuficiente en cuanto a variedad de alimentos, el café ya salía con azúcar eso no me parece bien. Y al momento de ir por el desayuno no sientes que tienes nadie pendiente del personal para ayudar, no se siente cálido y realmente las opciones son muy reducidas. No me gustó la experiencia con el desayuno.

buen descanso y excelente desayuno para seguir de viaje

Lo mejor de todo, el desayuno . Muy variado y podes elegir segun tu propio gusto. El salon para el desayuno es muy amplioe iluminado. La habitacion es muy comoda y destaco la limpieza. Solo estuve de transito una noche. Tenes un transfer gratis de regreso al aeropuerto.

No tengo nada que decir sobre algo que no me gusto.

Convenient if you need to be close to the airport

Comfortable if you need to go to the airport but not for much more. It has a nice and very convenient restaurant in the first floor.

The receptionists were not friendly and were rude.

Good experience, nice staff, perfect location if you have a long layover, good price.

The hotel was super close by to the airport! It was like a 15 minute ride in thee shuttle the hotel offers (also great). When we arrived at the hotel the check in was fast and Camilo, the receptionist was extra nice! Breakfast was OK. The room was more than enough for two people that only had a long layover in Bogota.

Great location near the airport

Location nearby the airport. Shuttle to the airport included, was a great deal! Staff was nice and helpful. Has parking option if you needed. Room was comfy.

The room was prepared just for one pax and they missed the towels. They solved it quickly so nothing to complain. Not a break deal. Breakfast could be better.

Nice location, really close to the airport. Nice breakfast.

Staff at check-in could smile a bit more. No minibar in room (which would be helpful when coming in late at night). Only one really small bottle of water provided for free.
