Bueno, solo fue una noche

No me gustó. Que el TV no tenía cable HDmi Faltaba la cafetera y los insumos en la habitación Me tocó solicitar y luego solucionaron mis peticiones No me gustó que la tarifa en booking era de 468.000 Y me cobraron 550.000 No se que pasaría , me quedo eso dando vueltas Como que me tumbaron

Good value for money

It’s 10 min drive to the airport. I was surprised how welcoming and great the staff where for an hotel airport. Rooms are spacious and even the restaurant served great food.

Only good thing ia the hotel location was close to airport

I have a complaint on reception staff gentleman named "Said". Upon my arrival on 02/06/2023 at 10:09 pm he forced me to pay for the room in Colombian Peso cash and didn't want to accept my US Dollars. Then he asked for a equivalent of US$92 after I rrqueated paying is USD, and when I paid my US$100 note he retracted and claimed that the new amount is increased to US$105 instead. I felt like he is taking advantage of me being a foreign tourist with my wife. This really made me feel very upset and very angry. I'm not happy with his service and unhelpful attitude. At the end he insisted on taking all my Colombian Pesos cash in my wallet instead of taking the original US$92 equivalent. This has caused me the hassle of going in the mornining to exchange shop to obtain Colombian Pesos to pay taxi to airport. I really regret staying in your Sheraton Bogota and will not recommend it to anyone from my country in the future. It's a pitty that Sheraton puts such type of unhelpful staff member at the reception desk dealing with costumers.

Exceptional Birthday Experience at Sheraton Bogotá Hotel

I recently celebrated a birthday occasion at the Sheraton Bogotá Hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I reached out with my requests, the hotel staff were incredibly responsive, attentive, and more than happy to accommodate my needs. The Sheraton Bogotá went above and beyond to make our stay special. They not only provided beautiful room decorations but also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The attention to detail and personalized service from the staff were outstanding - friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. The hotel also granted us a late check-out until 3 pm at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful touch. Our room was immaculate, with a tasteful birthday setup that exceeded our expectations. The following morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a great variety of options to choose from. We also had the opportunity to use the spa, where the service was top-notch and the pricing reasonable. Overall, our stay at the Sheraton Bogotá Hotel was truly memorable, thanks to their exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and genuine care for their guests. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a special experience in Bogotá.

Pleasant

The breakfast was amazing! There were different selections each day. The fruit was fresh and the hot options were delicious. The option to sit outside and take in the lovely weather and view was an added bonus!

I recieved a corner room and the layout was odd and there were several broken items in the room. I did say something during my last 24 hours of my stay and the staff happily moved me to a different room. They were kind enough to move my luggage while I was working during the day.

The facilities and comfort of the beds were great!

I asked for late checkout for an extra fee, i was told this was not possible so we checked out early and stayed outside to waste some time but noone had come to the room even though we were told to leave early.

The breakfast buffet was good and Marisol was a lovely attentive waitress.

I'm not sure why this hotel is open. Despite the reception being well staffed and the hotel virtually empty during our stay, no one answered the telephone or my email the day before our arrival to arrange airport taxi / collection. We had booked 2 rooms on the executive floor - all exec floor facilites were closed, as was the restaurant - but we were not advised of this at check in. They do offer a free snack / drink at the bar, but we only found this out by accident while talking to another traveller. The wifi code didn't recognise our room number, but it allowed us to enter our son's room number. Also our room keys only ever worked once. This meant constant trips back to the reception to get them sorted, which is a pain, especially from the top floor. Each time we were reassured the problem was fixed .... but we continued to have the same problem every 2nd time we tried to use them during our entire 48 hour stay. All of the shops on the ground floor are closed and there is scaffolding in the interior. It wasn't clear if the hotel is in the process of refurbishment or closure, but it was by far our most expensive stay in the 15 days we enjoyed in Colombia, and certainly not worth the price. The Casa Dann Carlton Bogota on the other hand is excellent.
