Our fully air-conditioned villa has 6 bedrooms/4 en-suite masters, 5.5 bathrooms, sleeps up to 13 people on beds comfortably. It has a private pool and spa with an extra-large covered porch and pool furniture. The home has high-speed internet, Free WIFI good for any online working and studying. Our home is located in Terra Verde Resort, a Premier Award Winning guard gated community, only 10 minutes East of Disney and 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport. With 2 living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, about 2 miles to Super Walmart, easy access to Uber eats, other food delivery services, and many restaurants nearby, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous private Pool/Spa with child safety pool fence, plus free usage of all baby gears ( crib, highchair and stroller ) and in-house washer/dryer, provide all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney or a day trip to beaches on the East or West Coast. The house was clean but the garage(activity room) was dirty. The pool is nice and the heat worked well. There are some maintenance items that should be corrected.Three electrical outlets did not work. The control rods for the lavertory drains in the main floor master suite did not work. Two other bathrooms also had this problem. In one bathroom the hot water was shut off to one faucet. Probably because the cold water would not shut off unless the handle was placed in the hot position.
The carpet was loose on one tread on the stairs. This caused our 8 yr old grand child to fall down several steps .

We visited Legoland, Sea World and Busch Gardens and Gatorland. Easy access to all, with the rest of the time spent enjoying the house pool/hot tub and the Clubhouse pool. The set up in the kitchen is sparse, but manageable with some forethought. WalMart very close if you forgot anything. Had some trouble keeping the pool heated but managed after speaking with May. We had a mobile massage therapist come for the ladies and it was a super treat. We were there for New Years Eve, but not for celebrating. The fireworks went on for over 4 hours from surrounding parks and neighborhoods, with some rowdy neighbors. Some in our party never heard them! The only frustrating thing that never got fixed was gett8ng th tv to stream. Internet was fine. Ended up using Fire stick and it worked perfectly. Wasn’t going to stick around to see if Spectrum service guy could come fix it.

*took until Friday night to figure out the pool heater needed reset but owner graciously refunded our missed pool days
*many, if not all, bedrooms were missing lightbulbs or had dead bulbs
*the broom handle is broken so clean up is difficult and the handle is metal and sharp
*most of the mini blinds are broken
*the pool furniture doesn’t fit the lanai table so eating outside is impossible
*the electric frequently was tripped upstairs
*floodlights at the driveway weren’t working properly
*the stoppers in most bedroom bathrooms were broken requiring you to take it out to drain
*the front bedrooms were hot at night; back bedrooms were freezing
Overall the home was large enough with plenty of space but it does require some updates and a walk through to fix little things. Definitely an older home. The gated community was easy to utilize. About an hour and half from Daytona and 20-30 minutes to WDW. A lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Would rent in the community again just maybe choosing another home.

The house was spacious and equipped with the essentials. We spent most of our time at the parks, but the kids enjoyed the pool in the evening and on our rest day. The house could use some minor maintenance which I contacted the host about on departure. Nothing that needed to be done that effected our stay so I choose to let her know after we departed.

We had a really nice stay at this property. You will need to provide your own basics including toilet paper after the initial roll runs out. We had asked to use the crib, but ended up not feeling comfortable with it as it is an older style and the mattress is smaller than the frame.
The pool and hot tub was fantastic and the space was great!

Great house for the price. We had all the kids and grandkids. House was family friendly and had all the extras we needed (playpen, crib, high chairs) we needed. Pool was nice with good size porch.

My family enjoyed our stay in your house. The pictures and details were accurately described. There was more than enough room for our group of 14 which included adults and children. Location was close to Disney, Walmart and restaurants. Any questions I had were answered quickly. I would definitely recommend this property!

The house was as advertised.
Upon our arrival the house was staged beautifully and smelled fresh and was inviting. The house easily accommodates a large family gathering.
The location was excellent and only 20 minutes from Disney and Universal.

The family stay was a good one. The home wasn’t one for vacationing in Disney World or old town, or any of the other sightseeing events in Orlando. The main reason for our stay was just for the entire family to get together and enjoy each other’s time. That’s exactly what we did and we truly had a lot of fun doing nothing but being together. There’s plenty of bedrooms face, bathroom space, and the family doesn’t bump into each other anywhere. The pool was great for the teenagers and kids. They also enjoyed the pool table and ping-pong table. The house does have a few quirks as to be expected with any home that many people visit. However overall I would recommend this place for a vacation stay.

Everything at this home was wonderful. The house was clean and even better than the photographs showed. We enjoyed our stay, the only exception is that the ping pong table was broken and the pool table was missing the 8 ball so we couldn't use them

The location was fine. The house was comfortable. I think the property could use some updating. The only real complaint I have is that in one of the upstairs bathrooms the shower was clogged but and the shower head made a whistling noise. The host communication was great.

While it looks great from the outside, the inside definitely needs some help. All the rooms are dark inside, there are no ceiling lights, so if you get in late like we did you stumble around in the dark trying to find lights. The kitchen is horribly equipped. The amount of towels for a 6 bedroom house is a joke. They had two standing fans, both of which were filthy, so much so that I had to clean one of them before using it the third box fan doesn't work at all and she wanted the house kept over 70 degrees at night, we are from a much colder climate and needed the fans since we couldn't sleep in that kind of heat. The air conditioning went out once upstairs and my son ended up sleeping downstairs because it was so hot upstairs. Again, the management company is great, they got it fixed right away. We encountered both cockroaches and sugar ants, thankfully the management company had pest control come out twice and take care of the problem.The pool was a little dirtier than I would have liked but the kids used it anyway. The lights didn't work in the pool, but we had bothered the management company so many times I felt we could live with the inconvenience because we had no small children with us. We would have liked to use the game room and especially the pool table but both pool sticks are broken, so we pretty well kept the garage shut. The wi-fi was also completely awful. The melamine on the kitchen cabinets is coming off and the list goes on and on of repairs needed. When the owner tells you she supplies nothing she truly means it. We had one garbage bag and 3 dish detergent pouches and a bottle of dishwashing detergent, I do have to say though that she supplied three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, which was appreciated; other than that there was nothing. I sincerely hope the owner takes a serious look at remodeling and stocking the kitchen for those who actually do use it while in residence. We would have also liked a good broom and mop to use while we were in residence, but had no good way of cleaning the floor well with the awful broom provided, and there was no mop. This could be such a great house. All of this being said we enjoyed our vacation in Florida and will come back and visit the state again. We just won't stay in this house again.

Would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our stay and exactly what we thought we were renting. Of course nothing is perfect and the house could have used a good overall cleaning. The carpet on the stairs was lose and could have caused an accident. There wasn’t enough equipment in the garage to use the pool table (The triangle) or ping pong table (missing A paddle and only one ball). It seemed like some rooms were missing remotes for the TVs. Half of the lights in the rooms were burnt out. None of that made our stay less enjoyable. The pool heat worked. The air conditioner was cool. The kitchen appliances worked (we’ve stayed where they haven’t). Internet was good. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. Price was perfect! Overall the house was great and the owner was fabulous to work with!!

Beautiful, spacious home
This home was beautiful! It had more than enough room. It was clean. The kitchen was stocked with just enough pots/pans/utensils for us. May answered all our questions and addressed any issues we had very quickly. The resort was beautiful! We enjoyed, not only our own private pool, but the resort's as well. The resort had free movie nights that we took advantage of as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on restaurants when we did eat out. The home is close to Disney World and Universal studios, as well as surrounded by plenty of places to eat, shop and play! This is a great place to stay if you are traveling with a large group like we usually do!

Worst rental I have ever experienced- ZERO STARS
I rented this home for a few days stay in Orlando for my daughter's graduation. My daughter and her friend (two young women) arrived at the rental first. After taking about 45 minutes to get the check in code they went to the home. Once there they were meet with a disgusting mess. The home was completely filthy and looked as if people were living in the house- like squatters. There were several pots of cooked food on the stove, food half eaten off plates, countertops dirty. Food and drink stains on the floors. The couches had sheets spread over them. There were baby toys, a baby walker/jumper type thing all laying on the floor. There were clothes lying on the bathroom and bedroom floors, as if someone had been living there and left quickly. There were even dirty baby sheets in the crib. The pool was dirty with some type of sponge material floating in it, bugs crawling along floor. My daughter got several pictures of this mess and quickly went to the safety of her car. She said that she felt as if the people who had been living in the house would come back and she felt for her safety. I wish this website had a way for me to post pictures that she took. I immediately called the property manager. He said that he would have to look into this matter. This was at 4:40 pm. I had to call him back multiple times. He said that there was a mix up with the cleaning crew. I told him that based on the pictures I saw this was not just an instance where the cleaning crew did not come- that there were clothes all over the house and it had multiple signs of someone living in the house. He said that he would place us in a home that was comparable. After several hours we were re routed to another home- this home was NOT owned by this owner. This delay caused us to miss dinner reservations that evening. I reached out to May, the owner and she glossed over all the problems. I asked her for my rental fee back since I did not stay on her property. She said she would not refund me anything but $100. I have YET TO SEE THIS REFUND. I again asked her to refund me my total since I did not stay in her property; that I would pay the other owners for my stay in their home. This never happened. I asked the property manager for the other owners contact info so I could make arrangements to pay them. He never provided this. This was a terrible experience. I do not want anything for free. I only want to pay for where I stayed, not pay for a disgusting hovel.

Ok Vacation Rental.
Resort was great! The house was fair, floors were very dirty and the mop we found in the garage had seen it's better days! If this is the mop used to clean the floors makes since why so dirty! Bathrooms could use new shower curtains and liners and some cleaning. Could use a few more towels in the house. Carpet upstairs needs professional cleaning or should be replaced crunchy under your feet! Gross! No dust pan anywhere! Hot tub did not work, No jets! Called the management company and never received a call back.. Pool and Hot tub looked to have lights in them none of them worked. House was big and we had a lot of room. Was nice having the 4 bedroom suites. Outdoor area was great loved the that we had both shade and sun. Grill worked ok for us. I would recommend staying in this house it work out for us. Close to many things. I would though ask the owner to change cleaning companies ASAP!

Less than basic.
This is a hard review, but nessasary. Had I saw what I'm about to write, I personally would have chose to stay at a hotel. Pulling up to the grand, gated resort entrance, I felt at ease. By the time we got to the drive...it was not. 3-4 smelly garbage containers we walked around to enter the dirty door/entryway (outside). Just not very inviting. The PLUS (main reason we chose this home) was the four masters, that was fine. However; beware every item in the home is a dollar store or left over item. The embarrassingly cheap utensils, silverware and pots and pans. Don't plan on cooking very well with the old coil style electric store with only 3 burners that work. No sheet pans. The toaster, coffee maker are the $4.99 Black Friday deals. Towels were all different random, looks like garage sale finds or possible left overs from other travelers. The beds are terrible. Feels like you are laying on a box wrapped in plastic. I WISH I was exaggerating. The dirty outdoor area was just sad. That's another reason we stayed here, and yet another disappointment. (If I can post pictures I will) The patio furniture was filthy, the table was not washed, very sticky. They charge $40 (I think) to use the grill, don't do it. You can go buy a $40 grill that would be better than the one offered. My husband, myself and our adult children stayed here 3 nights. I just felt with it and never called to complain about it because of a couple reasons; 1. We had planned on being gone an entire day and evening the day after we arrived. 2. What could they possibly "fix"? Bring in new beds,towels, stove, utensils, silverware, patio furniture? Just wasn't worth the losing the very limited time we had together. I really don't want to sound rude or ungrateful for having a place to stay, I just want tou to know what you're getting. We travel OFTEN, using VRBO for several years and this was by far the worst. We know we have to get the basics, but sometimes (almost every time) there is something...maybe some toilet paper, baggies, garbage bags, coffee filters, dishsoap, something..... Whenever we stay we always leave those things for the next. It's almost like when they clean they take anything that was left (it's that bare). This review is not intended to steer you away, I just wish I had know how crazy cheap/basic this was. **tried adding photos but won't let me.
With PROFESSIONAL cleaning (after each use) and upgrading the amenities it would be fine.
