Good hotel apartment, Great price 600 bht

Great price only 600 BHT , there is no one at front you have to go past the bar and find the owner, they live in the bottom apartment. About a 12min walk to the beach , 5min to night market , 7 min to gym, there is a mini bog c and 7-11 next door, restaurants that are way cheaper than downtown Kata.

would happily stay again

this is a very big airy room. The air conditioning unit is too small to cope but with the four fans, it was cool enough. A great couple run the apartments and were quick to help with anything. All in all a great value for money stay.

The air con unit outside is on the floor mid balcony , so it blows warm air on you when sat out. The staircase leading to the apartment is steep and the hand rail is stone and just 18 inches high, dangerous, if you went over you are dead

My Phuket accommodation

In a quite neighbourhood with clean bed and cooking pots. 7 11 store is few blocks away and laundry service is right in front of the property. A bit far from the main road if you have luggage to carry but if you can use Grab app for taxi you are sorted.

No option for public transport to reach the main road.

All OK. Next to a 7-Eleven.

The apartment is very reasonable in price. Clean. Good parking. Next to 7-eleven. You have a small balcony. Room is fine for 1 or 2 people. There is a small kithen. There is a good and clean fridge. The near by beach is really wonderful.

Next to the main road, so noise from the road if you are a light sleeper. If you sleep hard it is no problem. There are several apartments in the building. I stayed in the small one, but if you pay more I believe you can get bigger apartment.

Amazing value for money. The apartment is great and the location was nice and peaceful.

Originally booked for 3 days but ended up staying for 5. For the price you won't find anything better. The street it's on has all the best local restaurants, away from the tourist fare you get down on the beach front. There's a 7 Eleven right next to the property so it has everything you need.

Great stay in Kata!

Everything was great. The apartment was clean, the bed had a good comfortable matress, we are very happy.

Caretaker the best

Staff are so kind and helpful especially the old lady caretaker. I haven't get her name but she is so hospitable and very helpful. Regards to her.

Everything is excellent.
