We had a large bungalow with plenty of space. The main room was clean. The village itself is far from Tonsai and you have to get a 15 min boat but the hotel offer a free shuttle service when checking in/out which is very helpful.
The staff were very friendly.
There were a lot of ants in the bathroom and there was a large stain of something I’m not sure of in the toilet.
The location wasn’t ideal for us because it’s so far and difficult to get to from Tonsai. The boats are very expensive to the village after 6pm, however the village is perfect if you’re wanting a more relaxed holiday.

Staff were really helpful. Room was good, and a good location away from the busy part of the island. Would recommend.

The place is located about 25 min in Taxi Voat from the main pier. Pick up and drop off were free for check-in/out days. There is still plenty of fun things that could do in that side of the island. There are also lots of restaurants and tourist places to book fun activities.

5 minute walk to beach.
On arrival we were greeted with a dirty very dated bathroom (see pictures). The toilet was filthy and the seat was falling off, the tap was really rusted and the shower head sprayed everywhere apart from where it was supposed to!! No cleaning carried out during our stay. There were skirting boards coming away from the walls and the air conditioner was extremely noisy. The pool is tiny and dilapidated and wouldn’t chance using it. Also, it is located very close to a mosque so woken at 5am every morning by call to prayer! It’s also linked to The Hip Resort which looks identical from the outside.
Would not recommend this accommodation at all!!!

The resort was on the quiet side of the island. There is a free shuttle to the main pier twice per day at 0730 and 1100. There are an array of tourist deals offering tours. There are several good options and mini-marts. Other reviews have noted there is no ATM at the resort, however cash can be with drawn at the mini-marts. Good food options and a great bar with friendly staff. Beautiful beaches within short walking distance.
The noise! Rooster going off constantly. prayers over a loud speaker from 5am. if music noise bothers you, the bar is loud until 1am.
Quite possibly the hardest bed I have ever slept in. The bathroom is pretty bad, cracked tiles, sink faucet only had 3 working jets and these came on so hard my top got wet every time I had to wash my hands. The shower pressure is poor, the drain was blocked but no worries, the water drained from a crack between the floor and wall tiles. The room was not cleaned or water replaced over the 3 days of our stay.
There was no taxi boat to meet us so we had to make our own way to the accommodation.

Unfortunately many of the restaurants were closed and the supermarket cashiers were pretty unfriendly. This has nothing to do with the resort but made us regret our stay in the village.

Comfortable rooms in terms of space. Free shuttle boat service to get there upon arrival.
Location is not good to access easily to the main part of the island. The only way to do it is by boat, which is expensive.
Apart from that, very bad experience with the tour provider of the hotel or right in the entrance We were sold one thing and then the tour was different. The boat driver didn't speak a word of English and was impossible to communicate. When complaining to the tour provider, we received a very disrespectful and poor attitude from her. Definitely would recommend to book the Island tour somewhere else.

Room was big, good AC, bathroom was fine for it’s purpose. Could do with updating. Big comfy bed. Staff were very nice and accommodating. There was a free shuttle boat at checkout from the bay back to the main town and pier. The little village it’s located in is gorgeous and the people are so friendly and accommodating. We did snorkelling, island tour and fishing while there with local people on their long tail boats booked via Mr Toy! the local sea food restaurant even cooked the fish we caught for us to eat.
This is possibly the noisiest place we’ve ever stayed. Can hear the local mosque reciting prayers over a microphone multiple times per day. The rooster wandering around was cockadoodledooing every 10 seconds from 5am until after lunch time, the most anger inducing sound ever when you’re trying to sleep. The location is actually quite far from the main Phi Phi town so it’s very quiet and relaxed however if you want to go the main town it’s only accessibly by boat which will cost anywhere from 700–1500 baht per person depending on the time of day. The wifi was poor and didn’t work 95% of the time.

Handi! He was our driver from the beach to the town, and he made our trip soo much more than we could have imagined! Thank you Handi and all other staff - they were helpful and happy. We loved the location, if you’re looking to just relax and enjoy the mangrove and a small village, this is where you go! We are so happy we stayed and will be coming back as soon as we can.
Nothing! it was amazing

Bungalow is spacious.
The hotel gives false information on BOOKING!!!
In the description, they guarantee a boat transfer to the center at 100THB per person. In fact, they offer a taxi-boat for 700THB.
In addition, there is information that breakfast is available for 0 (zero EUR), which suggests that breakfast is included in the price. The truth is that there is no breakfast, they suggest you buy it in the restaurant.
My decision to book this hotel was based on a false transfer information to the center, I would not choose this hotel without such an offer.
There is practically no entertainment in the area, apart from a few restaurants and shops where prices are noticeably higher than in the center. Hence my rating - 1

Due to the lie about the boat transfer to the center at the price of 100THB per person (in fact the hotel offers taxi-boat for 700THB) I decided to give up my stay on this date and rent a hotel in the center.
I'm disgusted!

Solid value choice for an off-the-beach location towards the north end of Phi Phi Island. Surrounded by heaps of restaurants, bars, and shops geared towards travelers, the resort is within an easy walk to two beaches and a bit more of a walk to two more (one along a paved path and the other a short hike across a jungle hill - but super worth it!). The boat transfer service was a real bonus. It's a low-key place, so don't expect snappy service. I enjoyed my stay here.
Be warned that there is no ATM in the village, so bring whatever cash you will need for your stay. The closest beach is dominated by a high-end resort, but they were pretty chill about letting us wander through.

Very pleasant stay, room got everything that you need. Resort is located in the small village, this is very cool experience. Stayed 2 nights with 2 kids and enjoyed very much.

Room and bathroom size. AC is working great.
No Wi-Fi connection. The network was dead. The staff can only say "It's my first day in work"

You have to go by a taxi boat to the city/village. You pay 600B for one way at daytime and approximately 1500B one way at nighttime. If you don’t want to go there and want a quite area it’s a good stay, but otherwise don’t go here.

Din, the general manager, was very friendly and helpful in all our requests and excursions. Properly it very nice and clean. Great value for money.
Also highly recommend an island tour with Som PhiPhi island tours (find him on Facebook), it was the best boat tour we’ve done. Amazing day!

Rooms spacious and clean and the pool is good to relax in after a beach day.
Friendly owner who helps operate a transfer service to Tonsai (the main Phi Phi town). This is at a cost of 100 thb each way, but this is good value vs the cost of organising a water taxi yourself.
Recommended if you want to stay on the quiter side of Phi Phi with a great beach just 5 minutes walk away.
Resort only accessible by boat transfer from the main Phi Phi town might not be for everyone, but it offers a quiter side to the island with a lovely beach nearby
