Situated in Sunset Beach, this charming condo for £104 per night is a great option for your next vacation. We welcome you to share our home away from home in the quaint community of Sunset Village. Our first-floor Condo has a panoramic view of a pond and the golf course. No Steps and Handicap accessible parking. Beautifully furnished 3 bedrooms, two bath condo with a bright airy interior and tastefully furnished. The living room has a 42-inch flat-screen TV with DVD/VHS COMBO, Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, and wireless internet. The master bedroom boasts one king bed, 32-inch flat-screen tv, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom with a garden tub/shower, and access to the screened porch. The second bedroom also contains one king bed and a 32" flat-screen TV. The third bedroom contains two twin beds and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. One of the bathrooms has laundry space with a full-size washer/dryer. WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS. The sofa converts to a full-size sleeper. Large sliding doors provide access to a private, screened porch complete with chairs with a view of the pond. Local amenities include two swimming pools (opens April 1), 2 outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, and an outdoor grill. Sunset Village is surrounded by Sandpiper Bay, a Dan Maples-designed, award-winning 27-hole golf course. There are over 30 public golf courses within 20 miles! Very clean, cozy, great location and development. Well taken care of. Turnkey check-in. Only thing I'd advise on is the fact that having to get your own linens (bedding, towels, etc) is a bit inconvenient - I had the benefit of family living in the same development that helped me out with that plus paper towels, cleaning supplies. Especially for linens, I dont know how as someone flying in and out in a short period would have had time/resources to get my own linens and return, etc. Also FYI on the extra mandatory insurance, it'll up your costs - plus of course the cleaning fee.

My husband and 3 friends have now stayed at this property 3 times for an annual golf trip to the area. We travel quite a bit and have stayed many different places, and Elizabeth definitely stands out as an excellent host. Great communication and timely responses to any inquiries. The property was clean and exactly as described. I'm certain this golfing group will continue to return to this property year after year!

Great 3 Bedroom Condo. Very well kept & clean. On the golf course. 2 pools. Beautiful golf course development. Great for golfers, tourists & vacationers. Not far from beach & intercoastal waterway. Lots to do in area. Innumerable very good restaurants. Planetarium. Easy drive to Wilmington & Myrtle Beach. We loved it!

This place is family friendly. Large kitchen, dining area and living room combo is spacious. Screened-in porch and easily accessible grills are great bonuses! Location is 4-5 miles from several wonderful beaches with lots of the usual conveniences such as ice cream parlors, souvenir shops, mini-golf, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

We are a first timer for the area. We came for a destination wedding for a great couple. This condo was everything the listings says. Place was very clean. The condo is very close and easy to get to everything ,food, gas, shopping.

The condo was exactly as listed. Clean and very well maintained. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Full size washer and dryer available. Everything you might need while away from home. The week stay was wonderful! Would recommend this rental to everyone!

We chose this place because of its proximity to my sisters house. We were very pleased with the unit, it was on the ground level which made it easier on my mom as there were NO steps. The screened porch has an amazing view of the sky, golf course and pond and we had our coffee out there on these cool mornings. The layout was great, almost everything you’d need to cook and serve is already there, although we only cooked one meal there. I would recommend this location to anyone. Was worth the money.

Our stay was great! The property owners checked in with us a couple of times to ensure all was well. The property itself was very nice and spacious. The grounds were peaceful and beautiful. Our only complaint is that one of the two “king” beds was actually two twin sized beds pushed together. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay!

This condo has almost everything perfect. The host was responsive, the size is great, the location is great, the view of the golf course and pond was lovely, the beds were comfortable and the accessibility was as described. The reason this is not perfect is the furniture in the common area. The couch, love seat and recliner should all be replaced ASAP. They were extremely uncomfortable and provided no support when sitting. When one rents a place that is described as accessible and then cannot get up from the furniture because it sags so badly there is a disconnect. It was truly disappointing because we rent VRBOs so our family can be together in the common areas. No one wanted to be in the common areas because the furniture was so bad. The kitchen table was also missing a chair - we had a party of 6 but only 5 chairs. It was also not obvious from the listing that linens were not provided. In my experience most VRBOs provide linens and this place is the exception and not the norm. As such the host should be more forthcoming about this in the listing to help potential renters make an informed decision.

We have stayed at this particular property twice for a beach/golf long weekend. The property is plenty big for the 4 adults on our trip. We found this property to be better than expected for a typical rental property; extremely clean and nice! The owners are excellent as well with great communication and quick response to any questions. Highly recommended and we will be back!

The property needs to be painted. The air vents and woodwork needs to be cleaned and painted. Cabinets need to be cleaned and painted. Utensils, pots and dishes need to be replaced or updated. Too much of decorations that collect dust. Blinds and sliding door coverings need to be replaced.
