Beautiful property on the water. Enjoy a long dock for great views and a ladder for easy access to water. Located 5 min. from the new Casino in Bridgeport,NY. Relax with family on our 30' Long deck that give visitors a great location to cook and view the surrounding beauty. Don't worry about renting a house and being on top of the neighbor next door... Not with our location. You will have more than enough space to feel comfortable and relax. Our sleeping layout is 2 down stairs bedrooms with double beds and an upstairs large bedroom with 3 twin beds. Even though people want to get away with a few swipes you have WIFI available as well as Air-conditioning for a break from the heat. Our dock is for walking, fishing and sunbathing we don't not allow boats to be tied to dock (it damages dock). this is the ideal location for a comfortable and quiet vacation. Enjoy...

This is a nice quiet property on the lake, with a nice dock to swim from (or watch the sunsets). The host met us on check-in to explain the property and show its features. I hadn’t brought a hair dryer (and anyway am from England so my own wouldn’t work on American electricity). I messaged the host who said there wasn’t one but he immediately went out on a Sunday and bought a very nice one and delivered it to the house within a couple of hours. (So now there is a hair dryer!) Everything else you might need is included. The hosts were very pleasant and responsive.

First off, the home owner is the best host I have ever had. He met me at the house, walked me through everything and was readily available at any moment. The house is perfectly situated and has everything you need to feel like you are at home. You have a view of the lake from just about every area of the home. I’m looking forward to spending time again there next summer. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our time at this relaxing, well-appointed vacation home right on Lake Oneida. There is a large yard and outdoor porch with beautiful view of the lake. The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 including 2 younger teens. Everything we needed to cook was provided. The TV and internet worked very well. The house could use a little TLC however that did not detract from our wonderful time.

First the good:
-Location is great. Right on the lake. Great view of sunsets. Nicely kept yard and dock.
-New Couch and Fridge.
-Host we’re super responsive with everything (check-in, questions, picking up supplies)
-high touch surfaces were all clean
-new bathroom with great shower
-beds were comfortable
-back deck was great although furniture needed some cleaning
-lake area was amazing and perfect for swimming and kayaking (we rented)
The not so good was that the place is in the middle of a renovations.
-Exposed outlets
-bricks, a metal beam, and a wall mirror were all laying on the ground
-pots and pans while clean were extremely old
-carpet upstairs was old and stained
-No basic condiments like salt and pepper.
-some of the blinds didn’t work
-some low touch areas had not been cleaned in a long time

I was so impressed by the location, the great communication with the owner and property manager, and the lake itself. Even the neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We had a blast, and that is the most important thing because of the fond memories to be remembered. Thank you Maria and Josh!

Had a week long fishing trip. Perfect place to stay. Maria and her son were very kind. Hope to come back.

We really enjoyed out stay! We picked this spot for its location in relation to Syracuse University. Our oldest son was moving into the dorms and we wanted to stay for the week without being cramped in a hotel and forced to dine out for every meal. This was perfect. It was only about a 20 minute ride to campus. The house has been recently renovated so the bathroom, floors and furniture were clean and new. It also had a new mini split air conditioner that kept the temperature comfortable. We were lucky enough to get some beautiful weather and spent 2 full days at the house enjoying the lake. We cooked on the grill, spent lots of time on the dock, and floated in the water. It was private and peaceful. The sunsets were truly amazing every night. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

What a wonderful house!! The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchem was very well equipped. Tons of seating and room to spread out! I overpacked, not knowing that everything we would need would already be there! The owners were very welconing and a pleasure to rent from!
