About this condo rental
Beautiful, newly renovated and chic apartment, offering pure luxury in the Centre of Copenhagen - and with no traffic noise. The apartment measures 85m" (915 sq.ft) and uniquely includes a 15m2 private terrace with lounge furniture. A large living room combines sitting, dining and kitchen leading to the bedroom with a good size double bed. In addition a small TV room, bathroom/toilet plus a second washroom/toilet. Great location on Købmagergade with Strøget just around the corner. The store Illum is on the opposite side so you will have all possibilities for shopping. Købmagergade forms a famous part of Copenhagen's pedestrian zone and there is no traffic noise. The apartment is situated close to green areas such as the Royal Gardens at Rosenborg Castle. Shopping is right outside the door. Købmagergade runs right to Norreport Metro Station. Plenty of sightseeing within walking distance. This apartment was very conveniently located in Copenhagen, walking distance to most of the city sites we wanted to see. We especially appreciated the elevator when we first arrived and as se left. Our only complaint was the small shower.

The property was in the perfect location in central Copenhagen, and being at the rear of the building, was very quiet. A lovely outdoor courtyard to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. However, it just missed being perfect because the bedroom was an internal room with no windows or ventilation, and it was very hot, making sleep difficult. The inclusion of a ceiling fan would be a great help, plus a toaster, microwave oven, and a clothes drying/airing rack. The clothes dryer was not working and in process of being replaced, and guests were instructed not to hang their washed clothes over any furniture. We had to hang our clean washing over the courtyard balustrade in full view of those using the back stairs. A simple fix to these issues, and this apartment would be perfect. Thank you.

As advertised and very central. Interior very stark and had no microwave. Biggest problem was that entry from street had no number on it, making it difficult to find.

This property was clean and adequate for two mobile adults.. The main bathroom was up one high step and the secondary toilet room was up several steps. What we really found annoying was the king bed was squeezed in a room which left very little room to maneuver on either side. If one were overweight or lacked flexibility this situation would be most difficult to navigate.
We missed having a microwave to heat up a cooling off cup of coffee and we felt a couple of garbage bags and one roll of paper towels should be basic supplies left for tenants. There was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.
The location is absolutely perfect. It’s situated on a pedestrian only street and there is a grocery store in the basement of the Illum across the street. The Gammel Strand metro is just a few minutes walk away and the attractions of the city are at your fingertips.

My husband and I were very impressed and happy with the apartment! The location was just perfect, and the place felt like home away from home! I definitely recommend staying here, and if we ever get back to Copenhagen, we will certainly stay here! What a fantastic experience all around!!

Overall this was a good spot in the middle of shopping district. Unit needs better cleaning. Floors were dirty under table and furniture. Washer had a lot of mold in it. Shower drain backed up and took almost 2 days to be fixed. Could also use a working kettle. There were a lot of small amenities that were either broken or dirty that could have easily been addressed.

We liked this apartment very much and appreciate the kindness of the management company staff upon our arrival. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and its proximity to all that lovely Copenhagen had to offer couldn't have been better. We were disappointed, however, by housekeeping issues which were unexpected. The caliber of cleanliness that we have come to expect with VRBO apartments was not met in this apartment and the fact that we had paid a 145 dollar cleaning fee seemed unfair. The washing machine was unusable because of an overgrowth of mold along the door and the shower floor and walls could have used a good scrubbing. Upon stripping the bed linens before departure it became apparent that the mattress pads and pillows were stained. Also the toilet tank was cracked and held together with duct tape.

We were very pleased with our small apartment in the heart of Copenhagen!
Communications with the owners about check-in were excellent, and we were met at the apartment at the agreed time.
The booklet with instructions and with some ideas for things to do in the area was very helpful.
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the temperature in the apartment was perfect.
The location was amazing! We were able to walk to and from the train station in 20 minutes each way, and it was a beautiful half-hour walk to the Little Mermaid. There is a Metro station nearby but we didn't use it, and there appears to be a lot of nightlife, dining, shopping, etc.
We had some trouble with the clothes washer / dryer, in that it seemed to not want to dry our clothes. The owners were very responsive to our requests for assistance, though, even fairly early on a Sunday morning. Thanks for your help!
Over all, a perfect place for a couple to stay in downtown Copenhagen. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Nice apartment overall in a great location, but the terrace was a bit dirty with cigarette butts and the toilet was held together with duct tape, so that was a bit disappointing. It was very hot when we visited and there is no AC, so that was a bit of a drawback but not something that would matter most of the time in CPH.

This appartment is exactly as advertised. The outdoor space is lovely and we had all of our

Our Oasis in Copenhagen! We rented this very comfortable and spacious apartment for 5 nights in Copenhagen. Perfect location; we walked everywhere. Beautiful kitchen and an outside terrace. Besides the full bathroom, the apartment has a second bathroom with a toilet. The apartment has a washing machine. We left with clean clothes to our next destination. We loved that the elevator opened right into the apartment! The property managers were great. They were waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived and showed us the property. There are bakeries, restaurants, and a market nearby!

Good central location, a few minutes walk to Kongens Nytorv or Nørreport, so getting around was easy. Super market over the street in Illum. Apartment was quiet and only heard neighbours once.
Bed was comfortable, but room was small. Typical arrangement of bed-linen for scandi.
Contacting the agent was easy, there was a problem with the shower which got fixed next day.
Downside is lack of secure & openable window. The terrace is shared with adjoining apartment (semi private) and all neighbours walk nearby to dispose of rubbish. Having door unlocked & open at night doesn’t feel normal. This is only window so although autumn, it was very warm at night.
Wifi was not great.
Iron needs replacing & no airer, tumble dryer didn’t dry - perhaps needs service?

This was the perfect location to walk everywhere in the downtown core. Coffee shops and cafes, canal tours and shopping were all within minutes of this cosy apartment. The bed was comfortable and big! There are two bathrooms as well. Highly recommend.

Perfect location.
This was the perfect location to walk everywhere in the downtown core. Coffee shops and cafes, canal tours and shopping were all within minutes of this cosy apartment. The bed was comfortable and big! There are two bathrooms as well. Highly recommend.

This apartment couldn't have been more perfect for my wife and I during our stay in Copenhagen - so central to everything, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast, and having a lift, two bathrooms, and a washer/dryer a real plus for older travelers (like us) and families. We hope to return to the city and this apartment too. Our favorite memory?...jumping into the Sydhavmen canal along the Kalvebod Brygge each morning for a swim!

Cozy and close to everything
The community is very safe and close to anything you want to see in Copenhagen. There is shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores close by. We had a wonderful time, and the apartment had everything we needed to cook, as well as a TV with a decent selection of English channels to watch. The shower room is strange with no curtain, however the floors are heated in that room which is quite interesting. Overall we spent a lot of time doing things in the city, and the apartment was a nice place to come back to and unwind. I would recommend this space to any of my friends.

Clean, convenient location and well equipped
I would probably give this a 5 star if the check in process would have worked better. I had emailed twice on our arrival date to let them know our flight had been delayed as they had previously requested our flight information. No one ever responded to my emails and upon arrival, no one was there. Since we didn’t have phone access, the kind staff at the Falafel house a few doors down helped us call, this also took some doing since the first number was the office voicemail saying they were closed. I found another number and eventually we got someone sent out to meet us in about 30 min. After all that confusion we had a really lovely stay as as my title suggests, it was clean, and close to everything! The private balcony and extra bathroom was a bonus. The only thing we wished for were a toaster and more clothes storage. I would definitely stay here again, but I would recommend anyone staying to have a working phone.

ALMOST GREAT APARTMENT
This apartment is in an excellent location, good decoration. It is almost perfect for a couple. If they could add a shower curtain ( so that the bath does not gets all wet), shampoo and conditioner and some welcome details like a couple of tea bags, some coffee, salt and sugar this could be the best place for a couple to be in Copenhagen.

Cozy but comfortable
Place was clean and exactly as pictured. With only two of us (a couple) it was a nice size and great location. We both worked from there during the days and enjoyed all the restaurants, wine bars and shops just outside the door.
Surprisingly it was relatively quiet as well despite being on a walking street perpendicular to the Strogan. It would be nice if some sheer curtains were added to bedroom and a shower curtain to bathroom. But we’d stay again if we come back on business again.

Great location if you like shopping; 10 minute walk from metro and train station, so good access to get around. Very cramped bedroom but the rest of the space was fine. I had difficulty figuring out how to use stove as there is no manual. Never did figure it out, so that affected my plans to make some meals. The hallways in the building are being painted, which made access to the apartments and elevator awkward. Enjoyed Copenhagen as there is lots to see. Glad we visited this city. The owner listed to previous concerns and had dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, and napkins available so they are responsive.

Great location in Copenhagen
The apartment was in walking distance of the Norreport metro stop and other attractions, and located on a safe, quiet street with many high-end shops. It was clean and comfortable for two people. The bathroom was okay but lacked some type of shield while showering. It was impossible for the water not to fill the bathroom floor. During our stay, the light in the hallway was out making it dark and dangerous to go out at night. It was convenient to be able to bring in food.

super location.Apartment was available early as we had requested and included a fan which we needed.
I believe the owners are new to this renting as two of the three drawers were filled with their clothing etc.The kitchen lacked what normally is found in an apartment with a full kitchen, No microwave or coffee machine, no ice making capacity. the closet had about 4 hangers none of them worthy of proper usage.
However, the managing company corrected the drawer situation as well as bringing more hangers and fixed the TV.
The surprise was an extra bathroom never mentioned in the description on VRBO
I've already referred a cousin to book it as coffee can be had steps outside the front door.(maybe they'll invest in the missing items I've described)
Having a washer dryer (one unit) was great however instructions would have been helpful.
