The open floor plan and beautiful decor of this elegant, newly furnished, condo will make it a great base for your most memorable ski vacation. With 2 Master Bedrooms and 2.5 baths 301 Mill Club is perfect for a family looking for the best Copper Mountain has to offer. One master bedroom features a king size bed, TV and a full size dual-vanity private bath while the other master bedroom also has a king size bed, another full size dual-vanity private bath and a Jacuzzi type tub. Additional amenities include a private washer and dryer, radiant heated floors in all the bathrooms, Free WiFi and an oversized balcony with views of Copper Mountain and the convenience of a ski locker to store your ski gear! The Living Room has a flat screen TV/DVD, a queen size and also a double size foam mattress platform sofa sleepers (no metal bars), a gas fireplace and access to the ½ bath without entering the bedrooms. The large dining room table is located just off the full size, well equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and flooring and cherry cabinets; perfect for entertaining at 1,171 sq ft. I wasn’t happy with my stay at Copper vacation because of the parking problems. When we arrived, all the parking spots were taken. We tried to reach out for help, but nobody got back to us. We had to leave and only found a spot when we came back later, which was really hard to park in because of a big van.The next day, a parking guy was really rude. He said I had to park straight or he’d mark my car. I explained the van made it tough and there were no other spots. He didn’t care and even said it was okay to park in a disabled spot, which is not right.They need to know that this parking guy was very unhelpful and made our experience worse. It was already stressful, and he didn’t help at all

This unit is in a perfect location for quick access to Eagle & Flyer. The double master suite is an excellent layout, spacious and private. Bathrooms have ample space (except one shower is quite small with no where to place shampoo and such), nice heated floors, and clean. Good large deck as well, with an angled view of the mountain. Kitchen was well-appointed with everything one would need and had good space. Washer and dryer are nice Bosch units and great to have in the condo. The dining and living areas are quite crowded with worn-out large furniture and copious pillows. Cushions and pillows are flattened and some tattered from long term use. Rug torn in multiple places. Closets are so packed full of extra linens, old comforters, humidifiers, nightstands, etc. that they were not really usable (no space) to store any of our clothing or shoes in. The primary reason I would not rent this unit again is the beds. They are extremely uncomfortable, hard, and old. Flimsy pads have been placed over the old mattresses but do not offer much comfort. After each full day of skiing, not having a comfortable bed to rest in was frustrating. Bed pillows are also very flat. Building amenities: hot tub, sauna, and steam room were all good. Parking was nice and convenient. We had zero contact with anyone from management.

Overall good experience! We had two beginner skiers age 11. Hindsight, we probably would have stayed in the West Village because that is where the easiest greens are. could use new carpet and some electronic/TV upgrades. No TV in the second bedroom. Overall great experience, very convenient.

Our overall stay was good. The unit was clean and met all of our needs once we were able to address 2 big issues the day after our arrival. Because we arrived after 6pm the fact that two of the Three fans were clearly broken had to wait until the next day. The internet was also an issue the evening of our arrival. I called the number in our arrival package for internet support but based on the incorrect information provided to connect he too was unable to help me. Both issues, once addressed, were corrected the next day. Both could have been avoided with a little more attention to detail.

The only reason that I gave a 2* for cleanliness is because the building had some kind of water leak from top to bottom. A pipe or broken roof? Access to all amenities was closed. Ski Lockers, Hot Tub, Sauna, Steam Room, bathrooms, and showers. All closed. Through no fault of this unit, the building was a mess. Hope they got it all fixed up. The stairwells are in need of a sanitizing spraydown & the parking garage for all buildings (Copper One, Taylors Crossing, Mill Club, etc etc.) needs a cleaning streetsweeper.

Great location. The unit was very hot and we always had to keep a window open. There was no way to work the thermostat. The second counch would fall apart when sitting on it. There wasn't beddding for the second couch. The dryer didnt work.

Can't beat the location but the unit and the furnishings are very tired. Unit is very dark. windows don't close fully so noisy at night - you hear the trucks backing up as they make deliveries late at night and early in morning.There are no drawers in bedrooms so can't unpack except for hanging things. there is no thermostat so cant control heat. furniture and beds are quite old and uncomfortable.

The condo was in a great location with convenance to all of central village and the main lift lines. The two bedrooms were good size and the living layout was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked. The heated parking garage was extremely convenient. The only major drawback was the heating system. Even with the thermostat turned all the way down, the condo would be stifling hot. We would have to leave the balcony doors and windows cracked (with 15 degree weather outside) and standing fans on for the condo to be somewhat comfortable.

Great location for skiing and access to Village, relatively clean, good washer and dryer, nice to have underground heated parking. Kitchen pans need to be replaced as many handles are missing from the pots. The primary bedroom far wall has had the same dirt marks to the left and under the mirror for the past two years. Please clean it!! Carpets are badly worn and should be replaced. Drywall in dining room/hallway chipped.

Over the past 20 years we have stayed in various Mill Club units and we love the location! It is an excellent location! This unit could use a refresh, including new pots/pans, carpet, lighting etc. Also building water system is aging with a few emergency water shut downs while we were there. Property mgt company could include an instruction sheet re: location of ski locker (garage), functioning of the living room technology, etc.

The condo is really beautiful and very convenient for skiing as it is within very close walking distance to the American Eagle and American Flyer lifts. It is very cozy and everything works great. There is plenty of parking space at the underground garage. The only minor drawbacks are: ski locker is located in parking garage (not at ground level), there is practically no view, and the main living room TV does not have cable (only on-demand tv apps). Everything went very smooth with the booking and the checking in.

Great location. Condo needs some attention. Ice machine broken. Toilet paper holder broken and off the wall. Six lights were out. Heat cannot be controlled by the thermostat. Several pot handles broken. Kitchen cabinet door broken. Master shower door leaks. Two of three keys did not work upon arrival. Refrigerator did not close properly. No directions provided by rental company as to how to access the property. Finally figured out you have to go to the underground garage. How is someone who has never rented at Copper supposed to know that??!!! Once you find the underground parking it is a delight.

I have stayed in many condo's at Copper Mountain over the years. I think this one is my favorite. It has a good size living room, large balcony, and is in my opinion, in the best building in center village.

The 2 Sleeper sofas are better than most and the guys using had no complaints. Would recommend the unit and management company. Easy check in and out and they are very responsive if any issues arise.

Pictures look way better
We just stayed in this condo for 5 nights. Where do I begin? The bedrooms are both small and to make matters worse, no dressers and the closets are chucked full of stuff. Where are we supposed to put our things? We had to call the first day and complain of the heat being stuck on, shower head , drain , and toilet clogged. They did fix all of these promptly.
The place needs a very good cleaning. The lights over kitchen bar looks like they have never been touched. The pots and pans need replaced. So old and gross.
Beds were not comfortable. We love Copper but we will stay in a different condo next time. Copper management were very nice and easy to work with.

Excellent Location - Below Average Amenities - Some Deficiencies.
Excellent location relative to ski slopes and village. Good garage parking, close to elevator with luggage carriers available. Good jacuzzi inside the building. Management friendly and helpful. Layout is fine and as pictured. Furniture a bit dated but more than adequate and comfortable enough.
Poorly stocked kitchen. No shampoo in any bathroom. No instructions for operation of fireplace (which didn’t work until management was summoned) or TV (which provided confusing station access).
Bathtub / shower in 2nd bedroom took 10 minutes or more to drain (which meant you were standing in dirty, ankle deep water while showering).
Overall, the location made it acceptable but the deficiencies would make us look elsewhere in the future, which is unfortunate, because they could be easily addressed by owners.

Beautiful condo, perfect location
Our family of four just returned from our stay. The condo is very spacious and decorated with a relaxing and homey feel. The kitchen is large and well equipped - we cooked most of our meals and enjoyed the extra space to both prepare food and then enjoy them at the large dining table. The only complaint we have is the temperature of the condo. It was SO hot - unbearably hot. We never turned on the furnace and were told by the management company that it was probably due to the surrounding condos and we should open our windows. I couldn't sleep the entire vacation because of the heat. I'd recommend that this issue be explored further to determine the true cause. Again - amazing condo, but some further investigation on the persistant 80-85 temperature inside.

Great location
Very nice place for a small family trip. Couldn't be more convenient. Few small issues such as a shower that wouldn't drain and some shattered glass shards on the kitchen floor. But hopefully, those are taken care of.
