A newly remodeled, beautifully decorated studio apartment, located in San Juan's Isla Verde District. This condo is surrounded by the 2 most beautiful beaches of Isla Verde, The Ritz Carlton Beach is located in front of our Condo (see photos from our balcony) & The Hotel San Juan Beach is located across our Oceanfront Condo. This apartment has a breathtaking ocean view, and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, queen size Murphy bed, air conditioner, private balcony, cable TV, High Speed Internet, 32 inches Plasma TV, DVD, coin laundry facilities, 1 parking space and 24-hour direct access to the beach. Owner takes pride of this lovely and cozy studio. Enjoy perfect weather all year round. Transportation (bus) is readily available within a short walk from the condo. El San Juan beach is within one minute across the condo. The other beach by the Ritz Carlton is exactly where the condo is located. Lovely ocean view studio for couples. Old San Juan: Take a Self-Guided Walking Tour: The top of attractions of Old San Juan can easily be seen on foot for the most part. Since Old San Juan is considered to be the area within the old fort or castle walls and only 7 square blocks, you can see alot in one day on foot if you are so inclined. This area will delight you with its Spanish architecture, churches, shops, restaurants, and museums, not to mention historically significant buildings and other features. Calle Fortaleza is a street favored by many tourists because of its attractive restaurants, hotels and shops. Since the old town is bordered by San Juan Bay, a walk along the waterfront can be a pleasant way to start or end your walking tours or enjoy a respite while taking in the great vistas it has to offer. Property was conveniently located near the beach and close to supermarkets and CVS. Property was overall OK. Had several issues with the apartment complex in itself, power outage twice for over 3 hours and no A/C. The closet sliding door kept derailing when you tried to slide it open.
The pics dont actually justify the actual apartmente when you arrive. The place is small, however one thing we really liked is that it had three small coolers, had chairs and umbrellas and two microfiber towels and two sets of snorkeling equipment. The place is ideal for a couple on a budget.

Walked in to balloons and wine!!! Both host are AMAZING!! View from room although from a side angle was BREATHTAKING!! Room very clean, everything from beach towels, cooler, beach chairs are there to make your stay a little extra special. I would definitely book again.

The unit was clean and tastefully organized. Although small, it was adequate for my wife and I. However, I'd only recommend it for short stays. The unit isn't really setup for cooking. There is no oven, and only has two burners.
The big problem however is parking. Although listed with a parking space- this is not the case. Afterword I was informed that the parking was "first come first serve". This is disingenuous. The owner needs to be upfront and forthcoming with renters.

Easy to book-
I had an emergency need to come to the island, and the process could not have been smoother. The property is clean, by the beach and minutes from the airport. There I was a strong cigarette smell in the hallway, but not in the room! Happy to find this spot

We had no lights, AC, functional fridge or use of the kitchen. I reached out to her and she said yes, it's all over the news, it's a black out and that was it. In the meantime we had to go and buy ice for our food in the fridge and some candles. She finally asked us if we needed anything two days into the outage on Friday 4/8 and so ice and lanterns were finally delivered two days after having no power. The power came back on the morning hours of Saturday. But then went back on that same day, so I was still grateful at least attempt was made to make us more comfortable, but it was pretty late in the game.
It was a bummer not to be able to make coffee or food during the outage, or have a warm shower, but we were able to reap the benefits of the condo and its amenities for at least a few days of our stay. I totally understand black outs are nothing within the owners control, but more prompt attention would have been appreciated .

It's private and secure, and is within walking distance to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants so it leaves you desiring nothing. A perfect vacation spot for two. Small studio apartment enough room for two direct access to the beach on an amazing spot. Extremely close to the airport and within walking distance of restaurants. We enjoyed our time there and wished we were there for a longer period of time. The off street parking was a plus. Manny was extremely pleasant to deal with and Nilsa was very accommodating since we arrived on an early flight. The balcony was a plus! Having the ability to listen to the ocean day and night was very memorable. I would definitely book again when I return to PR.

Romantic, small, and Cozy
Small studio apartment enough room for two direct access to the beach on an amazing spot. Extremely close to the airport and within walking distance of restaurants. We enjoyed our time there and wished we were there for a longer period of time. The off street parking was a plus. Manny was extremely pleasant to deal with and Nilsa was very accommodating since we arrived on an early flight. The balcony was a plus! Having the ability to listen to the ocean day and night was very memorable. I would definitely book again when I return to PR.

This place was perfect for the few days we were there- definitely small but had everything we needed- we used the beach chairs and umbrella which was a nice feature- I was so happy to have the extra water bottles Nilsa left for us! It was very hot the week we went and when we arrived we were so thirsty. I sat out on the balcony with my coffee and read my book! I loved having the beach so close to us! Great view-close to everything

Beautiful place and convenient
The property is very nice and close to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our time staying there and will definitely come back and stay there whenever we go to PR! It is small but very clean and it has everything we needed (stove, fridge etc) with amazing view and access to the beach.

Studio apartment was excellent .
The rental rate was below the average for such a nice unit. It was located on the ocean with an excellent view and convenient to major highways. It was compact but had everything I needed or could ask for. Any problems that arose were immediately taken care of. I would highly recommend Nilsa to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

VERY COZY OCEANVIEW STUDIO! Don't hesitate, this is THE PLACE!
We stayed at Nilsa's studio apartment on the last 4nights of our stay in Isla Verde, PR- and it was absolutely the best ending to our holiday. The owner is such a sweet person and is always available over messenger. The studio is spotless and amenities provided are perfect. It's a small studio but its perfect for a solo traveler or couple (max 2). The view is amazing! And I wish we had more time to walk around the area, where we saw some beautiful old houses. Its very convenient, as there are restaurants on the main road of Isla Verde blvd that we liked, as well. Loved the stay and felt super comfortable! We will come back next year! Free parking and a complimentary bottle of wine was the best way to enjoy the view!

We just returned from our stay at this cozy Ocean view studio. This cute condo exceeded our expectations. The view was breathtaking. The property is impeccably maintained. The beach is so clean and organized. The staff is great and they welcome us with a complimentary bottle of red wine which was a plus! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic condo
We loved our stay at this condo. The views from the balcony were awesome! The condo was clean, just like in the photos. Beach access was very quick and easy. Beaches were not crowded, at times it felt like we had a private beach! The location is close to everything. Old San Juan is a $8 Uber ride away. Manny was very helpful. He even gave us a ride to the airport on our last day, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. We would love to stay here again!

OUTSTANDING ROOM AND LOCATION !!!!!!!!!!
From the time we made the reservation we had the feeling it was going to be a great experience, and we were right, upon arrival at PR we let Nilsa know and she had Manny waiting for us at the place, he was very friendly and professional and gave us the “run down” and off we went. The view from the balcony is AMAZING, sitting there with a cup of coffee got your day started the right way (Manny preferred a beer instead of coffee, but hey, to each its own. Maybe the next time I’ll have a beer too. LOL) and the place was very clean and well kept, had everything you need. We will definitely keep this place in mind the next trip to PR.. Manny, Nilsa thank you for a great experience and all your help.

You want to stay here!
This location is right on the beach. Let me be clear...this location is IN the beach..as in walk out the back gate and step INTO the water (at high tide). It is easy to get everywhere..minutes from the airport, a short Uber ride to Old san Juan...Nilsa and Manny were both very responsive. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The condo is small, but perfect for two. It is well maintained and super clean. The murphy bed was surprisingly very comfortable. The only issue we had was the sliding closet door (as another review pointed out) It will not stay on the track so I suggest just not using the closet. It's a pain. I would rent again in a heartbeat! Totally worth it.

CAN'T WAIT TO BE BACK! LOVE THIS PLACE
I stayed there for 4 nights, Nilsa the owner was very warm and welcoming and her staff were also very helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed, like beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and the basic utensils to cook. I will definitely recommend it.The studio is small but its perfect for a couple. It has a BREATHTAKING view from the balcony .It is located in a safe area and the best thing is that is right on the beach.
