About this house rental
American-style two-story single-family house: two living areas, dining room, equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms have king-sized beds, two bedrooms have two twin beds each, plus there is a queen-sized futon couch/bed in the living room. Every room has USB charging ports in one of the wall outlets. There is a Keurig coffee maker for convenience, a grinder and french press for purists. Washer, dryer, iron, and hair dryer are in the laundry room. Wi-fi and smart TV. New landscape, spacious patio with BBQ and fire pit.

This house is perfect for our 2 families when we come to town to visit our grandparents. Great backyard, excellent coffee-making options, full kitchen and having 2 living areas is so nice. Lots of room for family games. Thank you for your hospitality!

Paul was wonderful to work with! He had personal touches that were unique- local coffee on the coffee bar, wine in the fridge with OJ to make Mimosa's since it was Mother's Day weekend. Highly recommend!

It was easy to find, everything was as described the house was clean and very well equipped. We would love to stay there the next time we are in Las Cruces.

The home was clean, tastefully decorated, and very well stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable just-like-home experience. Our hosts welcomed us with tasty amenities, start up supplies, and an extensive list of restaurants and adventures for us to try. We followed through on most of the suggestions, and were not disappointed.

Excellent Spacious Home
More than any place we've rented through VRBO, this feels like home. The layout is spacious and well-furnished. The kitchen is very easy to work in and there is alot of light throughout. It's also well-located and you can get anywhere in Las Cruces easily. The amenities were superb.

The home is really nice. It sits at an intersection so there is a lot of traffic. The train blows its horn twice at night so if you are a light sleeper this house will not work for you. The AC was not working when we stayed there and it was quite warm. The house is a nice house, it was very clean.

We recently visited Las Cruces so our son could spend time with his birth family. We all wanted to stay together and this house was perfect! We had plenty of room and the house was very clean and functional. Outside space was fantastic to soak in the warmth and space for the kids to run. Paul and Rochelle were fantastic hosts. We would recommend this place very highly!

The Manor
This home was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. The host was very accommodating and communication was excellent. They made us feel welcome and at home. Our family had a great holiday. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Satisfied with the home!
It was more than what expected! It was very specious, comfortable and we felt simply relaxed after our busy day out. We are from Texas although we aren’t 15 hours away it was a great place to stay and explore New Mexico just like we were kids. Outside all around is comfortable and roomy, we are extremely satisfied and we recommend this home!

Had a great time at the manor. Big open spaces were we spend time talking to each other and catching up. Nice big and very clean rooms. Thank you for the wine and the cookies.

Just like home!!!
A wonderful 6 week stay while working at WSMR. Since the job at WSMR was 6 weeks long I brought my wife and pets with me. We had all of the comforts of home and were able to relax every evening and enjoy all of the local sites and sounds on the weekends. By chance, we met the owners.....a wonderful, kind, honest family!
