This cozy lakehouse along the shore of Oneida Lake provides a picture-perfect view of the water from an outdoor deck or from a full wall of spacious windows. Resting in Billington Bay, this newly remodeled home features sleek hardwood flooring, a spacious up-to-date kitchen, a dishwasher, and a full-sized gas range. You'll find easy access to the spacious deck through a side door and walkway where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. A grill is available for your outdoor cooking needs. For cool evenings, a gas fireplace inside will keep you warm. Two AC units will keep you cool in the summer. The new, clean, white bath area features a comfortable shower as well as a relaxing bath tub. The upstairs allows sleeping for 6 guests with two bedrooms with double beds, and two single beds in the central common area near the stairs which also includes a view of the lake from a wide picture window. Available upon request are a highchair and a pack-n-play for the young children. For guests carrying canoes or kayaks, ample space is provided in the garage area. Fishing enthusiasts will enjoy access to the lake with the lake frontage across the entire lot and a 20' dock. Children will be happy with the gradual slope of the water's depth for swimming or wading. Quick trips in the area could include a 5 minute ride to the new Point Place Casino which opened March 1, 2018 in Bridgeport or a 15 minute ride to Sylvan Beach for ice cream or a delicious meal. Others may choose to take the twenty minute drive to the heralded Turning Stone Casino for musical entertainment, bingo, gaming or restaurant fare. Whether you like fishing, swimming, kayaking, gaming or simply relaxing with a drink on the deck, this fresh newly renovated house is the place for you.

The place was wonderful and perfect for me and my teenage sons. The steps to the bedroom were very steep and unsuitable for the elderly. Overall a wonderful experience.

We were so pleased with the property. The location was excellent for our daughters to kayak and enjoy time on the lake by themselves. The bay is shallow and there was very little boat traffic. The property owners have thought of everything to make sure you are never bored.
My parents came for two nights and they slept on the first floor living room area only because the stairs are a little steep to the bedroom area. The loveseat pulled out for a single bed and there was an extra mattress so they were comfortable.
We will definitely like to return for another visit soon

We were so pleased with the property. The location was excellent for our daughters to kayak and enjoy time on the lake by themselves. The bay is shallow and there was very little boat traffic. The property owners have thought of everything to make sure you are never bored.

Great stay. Just one issue.
The only issue I had was that the dock was too small for a boat.

Summer 2020
We really enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and a nice change for this summer! Owner is so nice and easy to work with and wonderful neighbors too. We kayaked every day and took time to relax on the wonderful deck, around the fire pit and floating in the lake. Nice added touches around the home which was nice!

Absolutely Perfect
The cottage was absolutely perfect for our last minute change of plans. The lake was warm and the kids were able to play in the water, as it was shallow for quite a ways out, which was nice. The cottage was clean and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

Another wonderful week!
This is the second year we have come back to this lovely Lake house. Everything you could possible need for a week at the lake is at this house! We had a fabulous time with our family and are already trying to figure out another week to come back! Loved our stay here...again!

Amazing stay!
My family had our first experience renting a lake house. The house provided everything we needed and more. The lake house has a history of memories and we were able to continue that tradition. We also explored Oneida lake and all it has to offer. We went to Rosamond Gifford Zoo and Sylvan Beach. We would highly recommend this lake house. The Sexton Family, Grand Island, NY.

Fun Stress-Free Family Vacation at the Lake House
Our family was so delighted to stay here! We made magical memories of playing with the kids in the yard, many swims in the lake, beautiful sunsets and lake views, and enjoying meals on the deck and in the sunroom. The house is so beautifully and aptly decorated for a lake vacation. Every essential amenity was available to us from cooking spices to lawn games allowing us more time for family fun and less time making trips to the store. Would highly recommend this inviting lake house for your family!

Really enjoyed
We had such a lovely time at the lake. It was very rainy to start but that did not detract from having a great time. We went into Syracuse and had plenty to do. Once the weather changed, our kids loved running around, playing soccer on the big lawn, and being in the water. They even became buddies with the neighbors and helped with some of the gardening which they really enjoyed. My husband and I found it to be very relaxing and just what we were looking for. The sunsets were amazing!
The house had everything you could need and was very comfortable. The 2 ACs really cooled the place down well. The hosts were very helpful and responded to questions quickly. Overall it was a great, relaxing experience.

Lakehouse Fun
This lakehouse has a wonderful view and all the comforts of home (and a well-equipped kitchen!). We enjoyed lovely meals at the kitchen table, coffee looking out at the lake, and movies at night. Cindy and Chris were attentive hostesses. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lakehouse for your vacation.

Peaceful and beautiful area on the lake
I like that it sits a bit back from the water . My boys were able to play soccer while I sat reading near the water. Kayaks are easy to get in and out of the water . They loved to go out and fish too. One definitely needs water shoes ! I will remember for next time :)
It’s open and peaceful . We were fortunate enough to have 3 sunny days . At night we went to Big Don’s mini golf which is 10 min away. Then the next day to Sylvan beach , about 20 min drive . Easy to find things here
The house is charming and quaint . Spectacular view of lake from windows . We had a little issue with DVD player not working and , for some reason, the neighbor decided to mow the lawn on this property while I was outside reading and went in circles around me . Not the owners fault but I did think that was a bit irritating .
I did have to contact the owner at one point and she was very nice and helpful . Better to call than to email .
Overall , a previous spot where you can see the lake for miles , kayak, fish and relax

Absolutely wonderful!
The Lake House is absolutely lovely! We immediately felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. The home is incredibly well stocked with anything you could possibly need during your stay. The view was beautiful and the deck was definitely our favorite hangout spot. We fished, watched wildlife - fishing ospreys, humming birds, ducks, sea gulls and more and even saw a Bald Eagle! The fire pit was a lot of fun, too. We rented kayaks from Stone's Marina right up the road and Chapman park was a great local park with a wonderful playground and fishing pier. There seem to be lots of fairs and festivals in the area and we went to Abbot's Farm for their Pirates and Princesses Fair and blueberry picking. We all had a fabulous vacation at this wonderful lake house and can't wait to go back for another stay!!

Tranquility Base, Year 3
This vacation was our third year in a row at this wonderful lakeside retreat. The accommodations are comfortable and everything you could possibly need for an extended stay is available onsite. Everyone who visited us during our stay agreed that it is one of the best settings on the lake. Whether you enjoy watching the sunrise with your morning coffee or paddling into the sunset, this cottage is the perfect place to be. Looking forward to a longer stay next year!

The home and location were JUST RIGHT for a vacation!
Upon entering the house, we felt it was a temporary home instead of just a rental property. The kitchen was fully equipped, the furniture was a wonderful fit, and there were touches of comfort that are unexpected. We enjoyed listening to the birds and spent hours watching the lake. The place was very clean, and the host was friendly and helpful. This was the perfect home base for hiking in Green Lakes State Park, enjoying excellent local food, and boating around the lake. If we are ever in the area again, there is no other place we would like to stay! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Beautiful, quaint, and simply lovely
My two daughters (6 &9 years old) a friend and myself stayed for 3 days. I am a veteran vrbo'er and this cottage is probably one of the nicest places I have stayed. Every little touch and detail didn't go unnoticed. The care and love that was taken into the upkeep of this cottage was so remarkable. The linens were beautiful and comfy, the artwork and light fixtures were precious, it looks like a cottage out of Country Living magazine! The amenities were perfect, updated appliances, tv, (not that we watched it), and bathroom were beautiful. The porch and backyard were beautifully taken care of. My girls loved the shallow shore line and got right into the fall waters of the lake! The neighbors were friendly, and made us feel welcomed! My only complaint was that we had to leave! I am hoping to rent the cottage again this same weekend next year! Thank you for a most beautiful stay!

Cute and Cozy Lakehouse
Myself and 5 friends enjoyed our stay at the Lake house! The house was well equipped for our 3 night stay and the owners were quick to respond to our questions. We hope to return next year!

Great Stay!
We stayed at the house for three nights. The pictures do not do it justice- the house is even nicer in person. It is decorated with so much attention to detail. The wall of windows facing the lake make it so bright and cheery! There is a completely renovated bathroom not in any pictures on homeaway- including with a white subway tile bath/shower and stained glass window. The games (both board games and outdoor games) were a nice touch. The only slight downside of the house is that the water area was rocky and had quite a bit of seaweed- although the kids did not mind. I would just suggest bringing water shoes.

Beautiful Lake views with evening sun sets! Large front lawn for kids & grandkids to play. House was well maintained, clean & stocked. Enjoyed all our family breakfasts & dinners on the large outside deck. My family enjoyed our time at this quaint cottage on Oneida Lake & would certainly return!!
