Located at Mariner's Watch in East Beach, this villa is on the second floor with close proximity to the beach (175 yards) as well as Night Heron Park. Completely renovated, there is a main bedroom with a king bed as well as a Murphy bed/desk setup. The desk folds out into a full bed with a twin bed over top. Perfect for a family of four! Relax on the screened porch as you enjoy the scenic views of the lagoon from the comfort of Adirondack rockers. Wireless internet, two flatscreen TVs, and vaulted ceilings are just a few of the amenities. The custom tiled bath has a walk-in shower for easy access. Things to know: There's parking available for two vehicles. * Please note that this unit is on the second floor without elevator access. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Loved the easy access to the beach! There seemed to be a lot more stuff to do than what we had time for since we were in town for a wedding, overall very nice! Would definitely Stay again.

This place was a calm sanctuary surrounded by nature. You could sit amongst the trees on the screened in porch, or take a 1 minute walk to the stunning beach, or walk across to the park to join the biking and walking trails that take you on a meandering tour of the island and it's neighbourhoods. Everything was at our doorstep!

This unique place is perfect for a couple or a couple with kids even though we did not use the Murphy bed it was a great added space for our snacks. Beautifully decorated and updated . Very clean and updated, best part 5 min walk to the beach. Hope to visit again.

The condo and location were fine. The rental management company was not and got the trip off to the wrong start. With inaccurate information and a condescending manner, check in was a disaster of their doing. Stating they’d be on the island until 5 pm, when we called at 430, no one was on the island and willing to help.

I loved every aspect of our stay here! The communication before, during and after our stay via email and text was fabulous. I loved the updated space and decor. Our children LOVED Easter at the Night Heron Park pools. They enjoyed the water slides, and we all enjoyed the food and drinks. Towels are provided there. We enjoyed biking on and off the beach. We rented our bikes at The Sanctuary with no reservation in advance. We enjoyed the short jaunt to the beach with the easy to carry beach chairs provided. We certainly recommend Mariner’s Watch to anyone! Thank you!

This one bedroom condo is a gem. We have been visiting Kiawah for many years with our children but this visit was for a wedding- just my husband and me. We needed something small. This fit the bill. Cozy with plenty of room to spread out, updated decor, clean, comfy bed, good sheets and towels. The screened in porch was a wonderful bonus. Would definitely rent again!!

Property was perfect for our family of 4. Similar properties are not possible for us to rent due to just one bedroom, so we appreciated the murphy bed option in the living room for the 2 kids! Condo was well equipped and the location was so close to the beach boardwalk. We had a great stay!

We like the location of Mariners Watch. It is a very short walk to the beach and a an easy walk to the Sanctuary and its shops, restaurants, and amenities. The management company Vacasa was easy to deal with. The villa is nice but very small with little space for food prep or dining, and this unit has a "Murphy bed" which takes up space in the main room so there is not much in the way of furniture. There is a nice screened in porch.

Location was excellent, less than 500 yards to beach. Space was perfect for couple not planning to cook. Biggest negative was steps to 2nd level, steep and lots of them with luggage(25 by my wife's count). Great for us , King bed and good customer service.

The place is nicely decorated and just as advertised. There should be WIFI codes posted somewhere - we had to call fr those. We were happy until we had a mouse/rat break into our Pepperidge Farm sealed cookies in the middle of the night. Hence - would not go back. Yuck.

This property exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The condo was beautiful as were the grounds. Every morning I saw new wildlife off the screen porch and my kids and I rode bikes the whole time. The walk to the beach was easy and the ocean was perfect!! We are ready to book our next trip.

The condo is very clean and looks just as the pictures portray it. It has everything you need for cooking. Fairly tight quarters in the living area, but we were for the golf and beach, not there to spend a lot of time in the condo. The master bed was very comfortable and our son said the Murphy bed slept well also. It's a very short walk to the beach. The boardwalk is right across the road. Would definitely stay there again.
