Ten Mile Haus #A5 is a "Ski-in/Walk-out", spacious, 1120 sq. ft. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominium that accommodates 8 people. In the Master Bedroom, a King Size Bed and a set of bunk beds, an Outdoor Balcony, Cable TV and Free WiFi await. The 2nd Bedroom has one queen bed, perfect for a family or group requiring separate bedding. Downstairs in the Living Room, a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper, Gas Fireplace, TV/DVD player, CD stereo are the amenities provided. Full Size Kitchen and 2nd Bath round out the floor plan. The building's amenities include Indoor Parking for one vehicle and Community Laundry Facilities. A short 3 minute walk is all that is needed to get to the Slopes, Shops and Restaurants of Copper Mountain's Center Village. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72667 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Reservation Team at Copper Vacations was awesome. Helped us enjoy our stay by arranging for late checkout so we could clean up after riding the Courage Classic for Children's Hospital Foundation! Bummed that the Hot Tub was out of order and not planning to be replaced.

The location of this condo is great! It is right by Center Village where all the activities are. It was stocked with puzzles, games and playing cards for us to enjoy after a day on the slopes! We had a fabulous time.

The condo was just as described, just a few minute walk to the Center Village's shops, restaurants and lifts with very close access to the Green Acres for us beginners to get some practice before hitting the big slopes.
We had plenty of space for 4 adults, 3 teens and one pre-teen. The fireplace was a welcome feature after a long day skiing and the kitchen was well stocked so we could prepare our own meals.
I would definitely recommend the condo and consider staying here again should we return to Copper in the future.

The reservation process worked very smoothly. The reservation/check in process was poorly explained. Check in wasn’t permitted until 4:00 pm and the office closed at 5:00pm with no prior notice. Finding our building in the dark was challenging. Kitchen was very well equipped with all the utensils and cookware you would ever need. Although the interior was a dated and needs to be refreshed it was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

It’s upstairs which is not the best when it’s icy and you’re dragging all your gear up metal stairs. Once you’re there it’s a great unit. It’s so super clean. Furniture is a bit old and the walls and doors are a little beat up but it’s really comfortable and big. It’s a short walk to the village. We were told it was ski in/out but that is a stretch. I guess you could make your own trail through the snow but it’s really a walk not a ski trail. There are a lot of dogs and dog poop along the trail. Overall a really nice stay. Definitely would recommend.

Great location, and two full bathrooms. Loved all the hooks and cubbies as soon as you walk in the door. Nicely outfitted kitchen with plenty of cup, plates, bowls. While the style of the building is older, the interior is reasonably remodeled and nice. Easy access directly to the condo from the outside, without having to walk down halls and take elevators like in the larger buildings, although there is a flight of stairs up from the parking lot- narrow and steep. Windows and deck overlook the Ten Mile parking lot, which stays illuminated all night and the drapes are not blackouts, so can be bothersome for sleeping. Oh- and we never did figure out how to start the gas fireplace. Wifi worked well.

The condo is perfectly located for Copper Mountain skiers. Short walk (5 minute) to the base - lifts, restaurants, shops - and ski back to the condo. We had everything we needed in this condo. We cooked dinners each night in the well appointed kitchen, had plenty of room for two couples, and the beds were comfortable and warm.

Perfect Copper Mountain Ski Condo
The condo is perfectly located for Copper Mountain skiers. Short walk (5 minute) to the base - lifts, restaurants, shops - and ski back to the condo. We had everything we needed in this condo. Comfortable and Convenient
Loved the location, the hot tub and the fully equipped kitchen for every need. The hot water heater probably needs to be larger for the size of the property and a replacement DVD player is needed.

Property was good but bad experience with management
We did not have parking for the second car and all the night we were worried that the car would be towed . Also there was no one to show us where the property was and in spite calling them they were negligible .

Wonderful stay!
This is a lovely, spacious and comfortable condo. Beds are very comfortable with high quality pillows and linens (something I always appreciate). Kitchen has all the amenities.
Short walk to the lifts- location is perfect!

Cute Condo, Fabulous Location
Clean condo in a wonderful location...walking to the village in the morning was a real treat. Check in was a breeze and so was check out. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice condo for the money. We would stay there again. There is a set of horrible steps to get to the front door from the parking, just so others are aware.

very comfortable and cozy!
This condo was well-stocked with everything you needed in the kitchen and then some. Memory foam mattresses were nice too especially in the sofa sleeper! It was nice having a ski locker so you didn't have to haul them back and forth. Only downside was running out of hot water for showers so quickly. Would stay again. .
