This cute Airstream trailer has been renovated with a Texas Hill Country twist. It’s the perfect place to escape for a relaxing weekend in nature with a hot tub, fire ring, outdoor shower and BBQ grill. The Airstream provides all the comforts of home in one cute, cozy package! In addition, this green property offers eco-friendly soaps & cleaners, premium recycled paper products and recycling. This cozy retreat is nestled in an oak and elm grove along the banks of Smith Creek on 10 beautiful acres shared with the owners. You’ll enjoy this nature retreat with the convenience of Wimberley just 3 miles down the road. The Daisy is the unique getaway you’ve been dreaming of! Pet Policy: Pets must be declared in advance and our pet fee is $50/pet (max 2 pets without prior approval). We ask that dogs be crated if left unattended, remain on leash when outside and brought inside if barking. Creek note: Smith Creek is a spring-fed year 'round creek, however creek levels and flow can be affected by periods of drought. When full, the creek varies in depth from ankle-deep in places, to 6' deep in others. We cannot control nature, though, and cannot guarantee that the creek will be swimmable during your stay. It's an amazingly gorgeous spot no matter what the water level may be! Note: the Airstream is set up for two adults only and is not suitable for children.

They thought of everything. We loved how unique staying in this little airstream was. It was nice to have the hot tub and the fire pit to enjoy time right outside of the airstream. The location of the airstream was perfect and the surrounding woods are thick enough to provide good privacy from where the owners house was.
Their property is just a few minutes down the road from Wimberly and some wineries nearby.

Oh my goodness!! If you are thinking about booking here just stop thinking about it and do it!!! This property is absolutely breathtaking!! My husband and I went here on our 9 year wedding anniversary and first time without the kids in 10 years!! The hosts were amazing!! They gave us our privacy but also was just a message away. The property is just amazing!!! So much to see!!! Wimberley was beautiful, even though it rained half the time haha! honestly can’t say enough about this little oasis!! We definitely will be back!!

This was the perfect little spot for a romantic getaway. I really enjoyed using the outdoor shower and hot tub! The bed is super comfy and had the best pillows I've ever used!

We stayed two nights in the Airstream while our daughter was at summer camp. We loved it!! While very hot outside the airstream was nice and cool. We enjoyed exploring Wimberly, but most liked hanging out at the site!

We had a Relaxing time staying in the air stream. We roasted hot dogs and marshmallows and just hung out. The only problem is The toilet was so close to the raised shower, It made it hard to sit on it.The shower was extremely small and my husband had to shower outdoors because he couldn't fit in the shower. Otherwise we had a great time !

This was a great little getaway. The hosts were responsive and even left us a little gift for our one year anniversary. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, and loved being so close Wimberly. Airstream had everything we needed. Thanks again!

We loved staying at the airstream! It was a very quiet and much needed escape for me and my husband. Very close to the town square which we enjoyed several days. The best sleep we’ve had in a while and I wanted to take the bed home with us it was so comfortable! We enjoyed walking the beautiful property and sitting in the tree house. Enjoyed using the fire pit nightly. Most of all I feel like we rekindled and renewed our spirits there. We look forward to booking more with the gracious host.

Overall a wonderful getaway for our 20 year anniversary! Lovely property, nice and quiet. Clean airstream and hot tub, the outdoor shower was nice and very close to Wimberley. Only minor issues were the Wi-Fi went out halfway through our stay and we didn’t have any cell service. It was nice to disconnect but couldn’t call our kids to say goodnight and a slight musty smell in the airstream which I assume is unavoidable. Would recommend for any couple looking to spend quality time together.

Super easy, fun, and RELAXING stay! We wanted a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city and that’s exactly what we got. The fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor shower were amazing! The retro airstream itself was so unique and well equipped. We did have a bit of trouble with the WiFi but Gregory, the owner, was very responsive & communicative. Definitely a great place to stay!!

This was our second stay at the Dixie. We loved the new mattress and hot tub. Our only disappointment is that somebody smoked in the airstream before us and the small was still there. Hopefully it will dissipate

Bonjour, hola, guten tag, hi y’all as they say in Texas. I am an auditory learner so I plugged in the address into my iphone gos and got there perfectly. I was hesitant due to the lengthy travel directions to this oasis but did get there smoothly. It rained all day and night the only full day I was there on Monday November 21. However, I shopped many amazing stores/boutiques in Wimberley. Sunday night I ate at Chills on the creek and enjoyed vegetable tacos and saw a deer at the creek! Tuesday I ate at Longleaf, gorgeous restaurant too and ate fried olives, eggplant parmesan and an absolute delicious trifle for dessert! I loved the hot tub with jets, hammock and outdoor shower which I bravely enjoyed for about an hour before check out time of 11am! I was brave as it was only 45 degrees out, ha ha. I grew up in Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦 so it was bearable and I chose to make it even enjoyable yay 😀! Thank you Jennifer and Gregory for the gift of yummy coffee and your heaven on earth on your 10 acres. I did not have time to go see your creek. God-willing, I will be returning December in 2023 with my boyfriend and both enjoy the hammock, hot tub, outdoor shower and see the creek and make a fire 🔥 together. Merci mille fois = thank you a 1000 times!!

Had a great time! RV is super cute! Really appreciate the remodeling and small touches in the RV like extra outlets, newer AC/Heater unit, and the full-size toilet. I would ask though that a small broom and dustpan be provided – After a few days it would have been nice to sweep up. If there was one and I didn’t see it, my apologies.
Few recommendations if you are going to visit – If you want to build a fire while visiting, check the burn ban status prior to arriving (hosts provides wood & long lighter). Would recommend packing a $.97 gel air fresher and small desk fan for the small bathroom (especially if more than 1 person is staying). If you would like to use the outdoor shower (totally recommend) and have issues with walking on wet wood (shower floor), pack some flip flops to shower in. A few kitchen essentials are provided, however if you are going to cook, bring foil, nonstick grill spray, spices beyond salt & pepper, and large trays (to hold larger grilling items). Oven in RV is very small…could hold a 12 x 12 pan
Location is amazing. Not only are you close to Wimberly but you are 20-30 minutes from some really neat places – Drift Wood (Salt Lick BBQ), Canyon Lake, San Marcos, Dripping Springs, Devils Backbone Road.

Wimberly is a small town everything was nearby HEB little shops which I bought a couple of plants and enjoy a live band one night at Savage bar and grill... Was pretty cool bar

The outdoor shower was so relaxing and CLEAN! Very spacious. We didn't use the hot tub but they had it turned on / running and ready for us. Very comfortable bed. Quality bedding. Clean bathroom!

Check in was very easy it was nice not to just pull up and it be ready. We knew based on the listing we could not use the fire pit because of the burn ban but nothing until we got there about not being able to grill and the food we brought was based on grilling. The hot tub did not work we had to reach out to the house sitter and she told us it was overheating so it was turned to economy mode. Sent us a video to change it but even still it didn’t work. The bed was comfy and the a/c worked really well for a hot Texas weekend night. The stove was hard to use and the instructions weren’t exactly clear. We booked 2 nights but left after 1. It was to hot to enjoy the outdoors, and since we couldn’t cook it wasn’t quite the romantic get away we had in mind. Would be perfect in cooler months when you can enjoy the amenities. The owners did a great job ensuring it was clean and adorable.

We really enjoyed this property. The airstream was great, but the property in general was so relaxing and gave us so many ways to enjoy the outdoors. We loved the outdoor shower (don’t think we even stepped foot in the indoor shower), the hammock, the fire pit (s’mores!), and deck. Wimberly Square was just down the road and we enjoyed seeing the shops. The river was low, but San Marcos was only 30 minutes away, so we had a blast at Rio Vista Park (free!). Also took a short drive to dripping springs for some amazing crepes. Lovely get-away.

Dixie Daisy stay was incredible!!
Loved the property and Airstream. Outdoor shower was a favorite. Walking the property, dinner in the treehouse, wine on the limestone bluff. All are going to be great memories!

Great for relaxation
We enjoyed everything about our stay. We were looking for quietness away from everyday life and that is exactly what we got! Not too far from everything, yet far enough for peace! The Airstream is adorable and comfortable. The outdoor shower, hot tub, and hammock were all my favorites. Check-in and check-out were effortless. Communicating with the owners was easy and they responded quickly.

Romantic Peaceful Getaway
My husband and I just stayed here. It was lovely and peaceful! I loved the outdoor shower, and could’ve stayed in the hammock all day. The owners are great and quick with communication!

The camper is so cute! Retro vibes with western decor. We hike the trails around the property and saw several deer. We had a relaxing getaway by enjoying the sounds of nature while laying in the hammock under the trees.
