Relax and unwind in this private tropical oasis with enough space to enjoy and make memories with your friends and family. This two story Art Deco architectural beachfront villa is located at the world renowned Fort Lauderdale Beach and just minutes away from downtown Fort Lauderdale's Las Olas area and other fabulous boutiques, shopping, and restaurants very close by. Just a short drive away from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, this beachfront villa is perfectly located near the heart of all the action yet secluded and quiet enough to relax and enjoy the tranquility of a private beach vacation. There is ample parking for up to 4-6 cars. Due to its unique South Beach Art Deco architectural design, this house will always remain a memorable place to vacation with your family or friends. -The main floor offers a spacious and open floor plan beautifully decorated with a dining room, living room with TV, and a tasteful vintage kitchen. The kitchen has state of the art Miele appliances, wine fridge, and is fully equipped to make guests feel at home. On the main floor there are two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a powder room. -The second floor has two bedrooms (one being the master bedroom) and an open-air pavilion overlooking the backyard tropical garden for a quiet and intimate space. The master bedroom has picturesque views of the ocean with floor to ceiling windows and crisp clean décor. The home is equipped with Wifi, Cable and HD channels for guests' convenience. Pets: Please note that the only pets allowed on the Property are dogs. Any pet permitted on the Property must be authorized in writing prior to check-in by Owner/Manager along with payment made for one time pet cleaning fee per permitted pet. Guest hereby agrees and confirms that any authorized pet is not in whole or in part of the following breeds and/or categories: Akita; Alaskan Malamute; American Staffordshire Terrier; American Pit Bull Terrier; Stafford Bull Terrier; American Bulldog; American Bullie, and/or anything commonly known as Pit Bulls; Cane Corso; Chow Chow; Doberman Pinscher; German Shepherd; Great Dane; Mastiff; Presa Canario; Rottweiler; Siberian Huskie; attack dog or guard dog; fighting dog; or dog bred for fighting; dog with a history of injuring other dogs or people. Pet cleaning fee collected before check-in by Owner/Manager only covers basic cleaning of the house along with cleaning service within the normal course of cleaning before check-in and after check-out. For any additional damage or substantial and/or unreasonable cleaning required due to permitted pet(s) on the property, Guest will remain responsible under Section 6 of the Agreement to be signed by Guest. Any unauthorized stay of a pet of a Guest shall result in forfeiture of Guest’s security deposit and any additional cleaning fees needed to clean the Property after check-out.

Very cool house. Simple and nice. Very very close to the beach which was awesome. I would stay here again for sure. Close walk to the college area of craziness. About a 25 min walk to all the kids. This house is not in that area at all. Very quiet.

This is a perfect place if you want to feel like you are in Florida as it used to be; before condos, traffic and shopping malls. The house is an architectural gem but comfortable and well appointed. Close to the beach on a quite cul de sac, it was a perfect choice.

The house is practically ocean-view - second house from beach - we were able to enjoy the ocean without the noise of the cars in the main boulevard. The location was unbeatable, the beach amazing, the house was perfect in every single detail. Radhi was competent, friendly and helpful (we even had a personal emergency and she acted like family with us). It was one of the best experiences in VRBO, and we are frequent users. We'll definitely go back.

It was great vacation home with minor issues such as wifi didn't try work properly and check in process needs to improve to accommodate late night check-ins by removing manual dependencies since flight might get delayed or arrive late due to traffic ..etc Radhi(property manager ) was very helpful in providing required information for any questions and also helped in check-out process. Over all it was good.

Perfect location and immaculate house! We use VRBO and this is the first time we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels etc! (Even offered us the best ground coffee). Will recommend to family and friends!! (Relatives who stayed at another house up the road were not as satisfied as we were!). Love the place and Rhadi!!!!!!

The house is clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a carefree vacation. The light and view from master bedroom is amazing! The location is great - steps away from beach, a few blocks from a state park, and a 30-min pleasant walk to great restaurants (beach-front or at Galleria mall). Radhi is a great host, responsive and accommodating. Would love the opportunity to return.
