We can also book your cruise out of Port Canaveral with special rates! Very close to the port, Kennedy Space Center is 20 mins away, Disney and all other Orlando theme parks are about an hour away. Orlando airport 45 mins away. Come and visit the space coast, and enjoy our beautiful beaches. This is a great family vacation.

The rental was extremely clean. The walk to the beach was a block, like right there. It was awesome. There is a little patio area to sit out at night. The a/c worked well as did the wifi. They provided towels, which is one less thing to pack. Close to everything. Would rent this again. Host quick to respond to questions and arriving and leaving was simple.

Just a short walk to the ocean. Loved the beach and the views of rocket launches. There was always something interesting to do. We enjoyed Kennedy Space Center, airboat rides, dolphins playing, and seeing huge Manatees. Hope to return!

We had a very enjoyable beach experience with kids aged 3-10. Cottage is clean and well-equipped. There are beach toys in the main bathroom now 😉

Living in Michigan it's great to get away in winter. It's also challenging because of weather/flight delays. Even direct flights can get cancelled. We like to give 3-5 days ahead of a cruise to be prepared for any delay that would cause us to miss the boat. This was a great place in a great location to unwind from work B4 our cruise. Lots of great local restaurants, great location next to beach to just walk and enjoy sea air.

These days Wi-Fi is a must, so although the house was clean and lovely, the lack if internet was a problem. To make matters worse there was no response from the manager or VRBO to try to get it fixed after many many phone calls and messages. We wanted to leave early because of the problems, but couldn’t reach anyone to manage that either.

Great overall place close to all restaurants plenty to do the only issue I had was when I specifically asked about a grill she told me there was one in the yard area but nothing there and beach toys were old and unusable but the rest was great!

We rented two units. I loved the layout of the units, it was really nice to be able to spread out between two of them. I loved the lockbox with keys, easy to check in. Joan was pleasant and prompt with responses. Location was nice in proximity to the beach. We won’t be returning unless some upgrades are made. We weren’t looking for the Four Seasons, and clearly weren’t going to get it at this price point, but we stayed a half mile away at the same price earlier in the week with a much better experience. So, the cons of the visit were horrible wifi. Yes, we are there to visit the beach and after going outdoors we like to watch movies together and relax. Due to horrible internet connection-streaming is interrupted constantly, don’t stay here if you have to do any work from home activities that require internet service. There was a bad ant infestation. Yes, it’s Florida, but again, we have been many times to Florida and this is the only place we have stayed with a true infestation. The ants were in the kitchen, in both bathrooms primarily. My 7 year old was afraid to use the toilet because they were swarming there and also go to sleep because he thought they would crawl in his mouth. My third complaint is cleanliness. My husband meticulously went through our bags and shook them out outdoors, then washed all our linens when we got home, he was very concerned we would be bringing some bugs home. My socks are destroyed from walking in this house, black on the bottom like I was wearing them outside. There is dust accumulation over the air vents and ceiling fan blades that took months to accumulate. The kitchen gave a dirty feel, like the cupboards haven’t been cleaned. I pulled a plate out that had some sort of dirt or powder all over it. I don’t want to feel like I have to clean the place I’m vacationing and I don’t want to have to, “grit my teeth,” and wait for the check out day. I feel cleaner when we camp than I did at this place. Joan did offer to send exterminators in on our last day, but honestly, it was our last day and I don’t want to spend it soaking in fumes from the exterminator. The listing says chairs and toys available for the beach. There are two very small looking chairs and toys in a pile just sitting outside the patio door. In the elements. No shed. I was afraid to disturb the pile for fear of what may come out. Rats, cockroaches, who knows?! For us, this didn’t fit the bill of a wonderful vacation home.

Great location: One block from the beach. Two blocks from A1A and restaurants. Walking distance to the Pier. The condo had everything we needed. Having a kitchen and dining/living room with room to move around is priceless for our family. Better than a hotel room and less expensive than one. Overall, we would rent again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Proximity to the beach was awesome! A short one block walk without any street crossings put us on this world-class beach in 5 minutes max. Easy, casual living space, and did I mention the beach?

The inside was beautiful and full of amenities. All we had to do was go grocery shopping as the kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were stocked nicely as well. Plenty of beach toys & towels and a very easy walk to a non-crowded beach. Heaven!!!!!

It was a good property, great beach access but there where many things that lead to decreased enjoyment like a wildly overgrown backyard, broken sink sprayer, no water coming out if the fridge filter, no ice and only 1 roll of tp, missing drawer, warped kitchen countertop, and peeling ceiling. Those things were still minor but aesthetic. The a/c was great and the property manager was responsive. Will not stay again just because we think $500 for a weekend is a lot if the house needs repairs and attention. But we enjoyed our weekend and think it’s a cute little house.

The house is very cute, adorable, and decorated nicely!! Good price!!! Easy communication with the manager of the property!! Good location!! About a block away from the beach, you can hear the waves at night. Overall clean, but your barefeet get dirty while walking around in the house. You need to bring your own ice and hair dryer. No grill available. The backyard could use some work. We couldn't get the TV to work properly. There Are beach towels available. Minor downfalls, but i would recommend this place!!! Who needs a TV and backyard....when you have the beach??

We stayed here for a couple of nights. Enjoyed the location and the proximity to beach. Good place for a family with a couple of kids. We would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here with our son and daughter-in-law. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Tile floors throughout add to the cleanliness of the place. Washer & dryer are full sized and came in handy with detergent provided. Located about a block from the beach with adequate parking. It's a little shop-worn but that may be typical for beach property. Dishwasher didn't work the first two times we tried but did work the third time. Operator error?? One plug-in in the kitchen was dead. Internet password was not provided but manager responded immediately when we requested code. Overall, it's a nice, roomy, quiet home. Note, bring your own hair dryer, bath soap and shampoo.
