Odlična vrijednost za novac!

Smješta je zaista prelijep i jedan ogroman plus je bio besplatan parking. Kompletan kompleks je izuzetno čist, osoblje jako ljubazno i susretljivo.

The charming Bel Residence is a hidden treasure, spotlessly clean with friendly staff

Bel residence is a 15 minute stroll to Riva which is where all the tours I took started from, was able to save some money and enjoy walking through the town. I was out a lot but the staff were very friendly when I saw them. And they have these nice little sweets in the reception... The room was clean with a view of the pool and a terrace! I certainly didn't pay enough, I hope to come back again...

Nice little boutique hotel off the town center

The room itself was super nice. Comfy beds, great AC, very well cleaned and the decor was stylish. Nice little pool in the backyard. The staff was friendly whenever we saw them. There were good town beaches nearby where you could walk to.

The one thing that can't be helped is the location far from everything. Too long to walk to the old town. We used Uber all the time. Luckily, it was only 5€-9€. The location behind a big hospital is a bit odd, but you don't have to walk through the hospital area if you don't want to. This is just a suggestion but the fragrance in the reception area was too strong.

Perfect Hotel for a quiet couple trip

My partner and I have just returned home from a 5 day stay at Bel Residence. The staff were friendly and offered advice on the best beach’s in the area to visit along with any other questions we had. The rooms were lovely and cleaned every day with fresh towels. I would recommend staying at the hotel if you are a couple it may be too quiet for big groups. The location is about a 25 minute walk into the city centre but it’s mainly downhill and you can walk along the beaches to get there.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to walk through a hospital complex to get to the closest beach, but there isn’t anything you can change about that and if you were that bothered to could add 5 minutes onto your journey to go around the hospital instead.

Brilliant hotel, about a 15/20 walk to the Riva but worth the stay

Manager is brilliant very helpful, the room was brilliant and the whole accomodation is spotless. Pool was perfect for us.

Very comfortable hotel near the Split port and city center

This is a beautiful, contemporary furbished hotel. The room has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Details, such as coffee station and fine toiletries are added bonus. The bed was really comfy and the room was super quiet, so we had a great night sleep. The staff is super kind and professional, and they go out of the way to meet your needs. Some might find the location of the hotel a bit discouraging (behind a hospital and at the end of a bit dark street), but it is actually located only 15 minutes walking distance to the port. We would definitely come back to the hotel.

Superb

Staff was super friendly en helpfull. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The building is still very new. There's no 'real' breakfast, but every morning the staff prepares some warm 'croissants' and there's 24/7 free coffee/tea/hot chocolate. For us, that was more than enough. Pool is small, but you really don't need a lot if you just want to relax a bit. The summer is quite hot in Split and the pool is covered in shadow from mid-afternoon, which was ideal for us.

The location is probably the least feature of this hotel. The immediate surroundings are quite poor. It's a brand new building in the middle of an older industrial neighbourhood. However, we never felt unsafe, even at night. It's a 10 min walk to Firulé beach (mostly rocks and concrete, do not imagine a white sand beach). The neighbourhood there is a little bit more vibrant with some bars and restaurants. We mostly went there for dinner and drinks in the evening and tried out some 4-5 different bars and restaurants. The real city center of Split, which is beautiful, is a full 20 min walk, 30 min if you want to visit the Marjan Park (which we would recommend). That's doable, but you have to plan for it

the beds, bedding, the very nice staff, a modern new place. very pleasant.

that there is no breakfast nor a bar. of course you have your minifridge. but the hotel does not have f&b.

Cute room numbers for a good price

Room number was super nice! I liked the idea of the sink outside of the bathroom:) bath facilities were super nice too! comfortable bed and nice bedsheets. Also very friendly personnel!

I wish they had a better entrance as it is very hard to pass through with the luggage. elevator would be nice

Comfortable spacious and very clean room, good location, it’s close to the beach, 15 min walk to the center.

Well, you can’t influence the surrounding mess as far as the urbanization is concerned. But the property itself is really nice. If they could do something with the approaching road, it would be really great.
