Sea Breeze #203 is a direct Gulf Front condo with a large private balcony overlooking the beach. Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a 1200 sq. ft. split floorplan. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. TV's in both the living room and master bedroom. Free cable and Wi-Fi internet. One parking pass provided (second pass may be available upon request). Sea Breeze is located directly on the beach with private beach access. The large pool deck with Jacuzzi is beach front. Property also offers BBQ grilling area with picnic tables, Bocce Ball court, and tiki huts. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors. Johns Pass Village is just 5 blocks away.

Needs some updating. We struggled with key/locks everytime we used. The blinds going out to the patio would only open maybe halfway even if we made sure they were all turned the same direction and then a blind would fall off, I think 3 or 4 fell off. We were without hot water for 3 days-not acceptable at all and feel we need to be compensated for that. We had 18 family members staying at this complex and that was a major inconvenience for that long of a time frame. We all love the area and will probably come back, but it needs some work. Check in was very easy.

Just a 4 day getaway with my daughters. Have been coming to Mad Beach for years. Sea breeze has always been my favorite place to stay. Close to everything love the pass and the beach. Only complaint is the beds are hard but overall a good place.

We had a great time! The view from our balcony couldn't have been better! We were even able to see dolphins every morning while enjoying our coffee! We loved how so many shops and restaurants were in walking distance. The location is outstanding!

Place was great! We love Seabreeze for many reasons. It is within walking distance to Johns Pass and Caddys and this unit is located on the second floor. We only used the elevators for unloading and loading our car. We stocked with kitchen gear and it had an amazing view. This place was perfect for the price and convenience to everything. I loved the pre check in and we even got an early check in which allowed us to enjoy more of the beach. Seabreeze is one of the only condos that allows you to enjoy the property before check in and from my experience and talking to others, this is a huge plus when booking. We will be back to this Condo and with this rental company. They were very professional and nice. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!!!!

We love the Seabreeze. The location is perfect. It is close to a 7/11 and just a short walk from Johns Pass. Really enjoyed the stay.

This place is great! The location is perfect- right on the beach, views of sunset, and walking distance to once to John’s pass. The only issue was that the elevator didn’t work for a couple of days but we used the stairs (the place is on the second floor). The beach isn’t overly crowded- room to spread out and throw a ball without hitting anyone. There were some chairs in the closet but they were camp chairs, not beach chairs. The kitchen was dated but overall clean. We had a great time!

Great location , walking distance to John’s Pass and several restaurants and bars , awesome view , super easy beach access, has a great little pool and hot tub to hang out at . We loved it , definitely will stay again!

Condo was a lovely half mile beach walk to John's Pass which offered numerous restaurants and dolphins in the bay.
The condo comes with the very basics. One small toilet paper per each bathroom, small paper towel roll and literally one dish pod.
Be sure you bring your own beach towels!! None were provided and we had to go buy them.
Location and views were great!
Unlike other reviews, I didn't feel the bed was uncomfortable. There is some wind noise that comes thru windows tho.

It is dated but the living room where we sat and socialized (when we we were there) was comfortable. It was worth what we paid for. The only suggestion is please replace the mattress. Please please please also the fan in the front bathroom was so loud that you could hear it in the living room.

Had no problems with renting the condo. Happy with everyone that I was in contact with. I had to pay for 1 extra day because of our flight, but had to leave early the day before because of the rental car. Bummer

Bed are in Bad shape!! Noisy and worn out. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Keyless entry would be a nice improvement too.

This unit need not meet my cleanliness expectation. Given how much the cleaning fee is, the unit cleanliness does. It reflect that. Run down, outdated and. It worth the price we paid. We were just happy to be at the beach but I’m sure we could’ve stayed somewhere cleaner for the price we paid.

The condo was very clean and stocked. The master bath vent fan decided to start squeaking during our stay but we notified the property management and they said it would be fixed promptly. We’ve stayed in this building multiple times and love it.

Summer vacation
The property was very close to the water and an easy walk to John's Pass which we really liked. The check-in was easy and the staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. The condo was spacious, but was a little dated. The only draw back we found was the fact there wasn't a washer/dryer in the condo. We enjoyed our stay.
