The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts. The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom 2 bath furnished deluxe condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa bed. The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE. The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in. The resort does collect a daily $7 amenities fee per condo.

Loved the location, all the activities on the grounds, and the comfort of the condo. Everything we needed was there and it was very relaxing and quiet. I would highly recommend and hope to return in the near future.

My sister-in-law and I enjoy immersing ourselves in historical locations, learning about the life of times of the past and absrobing the social culture. We got that in abundance with our visits to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Settlement and Yorktown Battlefield. The locaion of the accomodations was perfect, a short easy drive to all. The condo was very clean and quiet. The in-house amenities; full kitchen with dishes, glassware, utensills and towels was great. Not having to pack towels and bedding linens was very helpful. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. I would certainly recommend your unit to anyone I know headed down that way for a vacation!

Property was very close to Colonial Williamsburg. The pictures were similar to the ones on the website. We had reserved a 2 BR/2 BATH but was informed there wasn't any available. So we were given a 3 BR/2BATH. The area was pretty and was quiet. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

The check in process was smooth, the rental was well maintained and spacious. There was an on-site hot tub but we didn't have time to enjoy. It's located close to all the things in Williamsburg i.e., Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Jamestown, etc... Plus, it has the added benefit of being in a private Wyndham resort. Overall, a good little place that homed my two little girls and my wife with no issues

Everything was nice and super easy to use. We went for a long weekend to see the sights in the historic area. Everything was close enough, and we enjoyed the amenities in the evening. Was nice to have things to do other than just watch TV. Would definitely stay again!

Our condo was great. Lots of room to move around and we all had our own space. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were spacious with towels and toiletries. Kitchen came with a coffee maker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the pots, pans and utensils to prepare a meal or bake some cookies or brownies if you so desired. There was also hairdryers in both bathrooms along with an iron and ironing board. Extra bonus there was a washer and dryer as well. In all our stay was very relaxing and the condo had everything we needed. I know I needed an extra blanket and some extra toiletries and they were quick to bring them. The only thing I did not like was the presentation and trying to get us to buy a timeshare. We were on a tight vacation schedule and the two hours cut into our day at Jamestown. A lot of places open at 10:00 and close at 5:00 So losing 2 hours shortened our experience that day.

The timeshare was perfect for a family of four visiting Colonial Williamsburg and surrounding historical sites. The property was clean and well maintained. The property manager got back to us immediately and provided us with helpful information about the property. We had a fantastic trip.

Great stay for families

Had a great stay for spring break with my school aged children. Location is close to everything including Busch Gardens, shopping and restaurants but the best thing about this is the amenities. The indoor and outdoor pools were heated and filled with kids. They have putt putt, pool table, playground, tennis and pickle ball (just check out the rackets/paddles/balls) and 2 game rooms that are free to play. My kids thought they’d died and gone to heaven. All the amenities were open 7am to 10pm. The place is gated and felt very safe. We couldn’t have had a better time and would be happy to stay here again.

Amenities are the winner here. Can’t beat them if you have kids. The actual resort consists of several buildings with condos. Pictures should really show the buildings you stay in. Not that they aren’t nice but I was confused upon arrival. Our particular building could have been updated cosmetically. The water pressure was the worst I have ever experienced but I don’t know if that is a regional thing. Centrally located and can’t beat amenities: indoor pool, outdoor pools. Hot tubs, putt-putt, arcade, on site mini theater.

The property is quite nice, well located, close to major destinations in the area. It's within the easy reach of various activities including shopping and restaurants, etc. The facility appears to be well cared although we did not use much of what the property offers. The staffs are quite friendly and helpful in response to our needs. We had a two-bedroom end unit, which was quite and comfortable. It's clean with good appearance. The unit is well supplied with towels, linens, pillows, and paper products. The dishes and cups/glasses are generously stocked. The refrigerator is large and very clean! The in-unit washer & dryer is greatly appreciated. Dishwasher detergent and trash bags are a bit short supplied but we got more later from front desk. We tried two of the restaurants recommended by the resort, Sal's by Victor, and the Smokehouse, and enjoyed both. We will be quite happy to stay here again if we return to Williamsburg in the future.

Our boss, an interior designer and florist, surprised us with a visit to Williamsburg to end out crazy work year. This apartment was the best fit for our team! We had plenty of personal space with 3 bedrooms and a great common area to enjoy time together (and UGA football on New Year’s Eve - Go Dawgs!). Check-in was a breeze, the apartment did not lack anything, access to the property was easy and location was perfect!!! Can’t say enough about Matt (owner) and the Wyndham group who maintains the property!

The condo was really nice, clean, and the beds were comfy! We booked a 2BR/2BA condo, and Kingsbridge also included an adjoining 1 BR condo, so our party of two couples had lots of space to spread out. That was a nice touch. I was concerned about being pushed all weekend with offers to do the timeshare presentation. The concierge did offer discount tickets in exchange for the presentation when we got our wristband keys, but I just said no thanks, and that was that. No other contact was made about buying a timeshare. The only hitch, and why I gave 3 stars for check in: They only allow the person who booked the reservation to check in, unless you give authorization at the time of the reservation for an additional person to be allowed to check in. Since my friends and I were not travelling together, I checked that box, gave the details, and even wrote a note about it. However, that info never made it to the front desk, and my friend had to wait for us to arrive instead of being able to check in, drop off their luggage and relax. But other than that, I'd stay here again.

Room was comfortable and convenient to everything! Free games in the game room made my kids more than happy. My son and I even swam in the heated outdoor pool when it was 45 degrees outside! Went to colonial Williamsburg and Christmas town at Busch Gardens while we were there, and took less than 20 minutes to get anywhere. Would stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay! Property was clean, quiet, spacious, had all the amenities for home away from home. There was a lot to do for my teen daughter while we were there which was a huge plus. Matt was very informative on the information and responded quickly to any queations. The staff was super helpful, polite and made us feel like family. Will definitely be staying here again!

This property is centrally located and has every amenity you could ask for. All linens and paper products were provided, and the kitchen was well stocked. Condo itself was nice and clean, and nicely laid out for our family. We’ll definitely be back.

Clean. Adequate kitchen supplies. Working and clean appliances. By car: 15 min from Busch Gardens, less than 10 min from Colonial Williamsburg and downtown, 25 min to Yorktown. Parking is very close to the building. Very responsive front desk personnel. Spacious.
