Venetian Bay Villages is just off HWY192, in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. Venetian Bay is ideally located as a "home base" for other Florida activities including the Space Coast or the Gulf Coast. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this fully air conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for families or for a dew friends golfing or vacationing. This home has a spacious family room with cable tv, and free wifi. The family room is open to the dining room and the kitchen so that you can socialize while enjoying a great meal prepared in your fully equipped kitchen. Spacious sleeping accommodations include 4 bright and roomy bedrooms. The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, a TV and an ensuite bath with a jetted tub. Upstairs, there is another master suite with a queen bed, a TV, and an attached 3 piece ensuite. There are two other bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, and TVs, that share a hall bath. Make use of one of the four community pools including the huge, heated pool at the clubhouse. Make a day of it at the clubhouse pool and enjoy a BBQ at one of the provided grills. Let the kids frolic in one of the three playgrounds. There are also tennis courts, a basketball court, and a sand volleyball area for your enjoyment. The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness room, games room, computer room and movie theatre room. Take a walk on the pave pathways to enjoy the grounds, beautifully lush with tress and gardens as well as several ponds, and a great covered gazebo overlooking the fountain. Feel safe during your stay at Venetian Bay as it is a fully guard gated community with great staff. As well, there is a local management company just a phone call away in case of emergency.

The property is just as described and very good for a large group of people. The bedrooms are great and kitchen/living room is very spacious and practical. The bad rooms on the upper floor are in good condition. The bottom one needs some work, notting dramatic just a cosmetic touch up. We had a problem with the WiFi and after contacting the caretaker they fixt it right away. The guards at the frondgate were very polite and helpful, we really felt save an welcome in this gated community. All in all a stay well spent and we would stay here again.

Overall a great place to stay with a family. Plenty of room to spread out and have your “own” space. Great location. Only complaint is that the information about how parking works is a bit confusing. Never told that this is in a gated community and you will need to stop at security each time you enter. Just make sure to register your car prior to arrival to make this process a bit easier.

Disappointed when we arrived as property looking old and tired. Looked better in the photos on Vrbo. Mould/dampness in downstairs bedroom ensuit, cockroaches in property, all the beds upstairs uncomfortable to sleep in. Place meant to sleep 8, but only room for 4 to sit around the dinning table! More information about local shopping and diners would also be useful. As a base for holiday it was adequate but won't be recommending it to friends and relatives.

The check in process was easy, good communication with management. We called about no hot water in the kitchen they came right out to check. The unit is right next to 1 of the smaller pools which was always very quiet and empty. The only downside was that it closes early, 6pm. We just went to the big pool if that happened. We enjoyed our stay

Bathrooms needed tlc, moldings were falling apart and the turning brown with water damage. The blinds in the kitchen had lots of dust. Beds were comfortable for a plus. We had a great family vacation just the place needed updating.

Beds are horrible like sleeping on the box spring. They have never bed replaced. Did not look like the pictures. Very much in need of an overhaul. Spoke to management. Said they agreed but did nothing!! Very disappointing!!

Myself and my three adult daughters had a wonder girls weekend. The only minor inconvenience was the community pool that we had to walk to because the pool behind our house was out of order. There was nothing wrong with the community pool itself. We just thought we would have our own private pool.

We really enjoyed this property. Kids had a great time. Ordered take out and it arrived quickly. The community closes the pool near by pretty early but the main pool is still open.

We are thankful to have found a place large enough for our family. Owners and property manager were great to deal with and very helpful. Decent place but was pretty dated. Also really needs a deep cleaning. Dirty vents and fans, snag in the carpet just inside the door. Water damage on the wall near the master bath. Just needs some TLC and it would be a great spot.

We felt like the condo could use some TLC and would benefit from some updates. The carpet had several stains and a big snag in the entrance way. More bath towels and washcloths would be helpful for families staying an extended amount of time. The king mattress was uncomfortable (could feel springs) and some of the pillows need to be replaced. We felt like the condo could have been cleaner upon our arrival. We did have an issue with lightbulbs (burned out) and garbage disposal not working. However, the property management took care of both of these issues the same day it was brought to their attention. The pool was located near the condo and was very nice. The condo was located on the end near a wooded area. We enjoyed observing some of the local wildlife. We were there for a volleyball tournament at the OCCC. It was an easy drive and the traffic was not terrible. There are several good restaurants and nice stores in Hunter’s Creek which was a short drive from the property. Even though some of the surrounding neighborhoods seemed a little sketchy, we felt like the property was safe. There is some new construction in this area which will help the overall appearance of this area. We wouldn’t hesitate saying there again especially with the value and extended stay.
