We enjoyed our stay - the place was perfect for what we needed, well-equipped, clean and very comfortable. Great location was a bonus. Definitely recommend!

We booked this place for Thanksgiving and it was perfect. It is clean, tidy, and exactly as advertised. The open floor plan and 3 bedrooms made this a comfortable place for my husband, teenager and elderly father. The kitchen is nice and had everything we needed, there were also a great selection of spices and oils for cooking. The neighborhood is quiet and close to many things and the highway. My niece lives in the Village and we will definitely book this place again. When we visit.

The house was great for our boys football weekend. Richard gave us everything we would need: a clean house, coffee, and a ton of essentials for a longer stay. It was a great find.

The neighborhood is older but very safe. My dogs loved the backyard. The property manager was on the spot with few questions that I had. It was like home sweet home.

It had everything you would need for a nice trip to Oklahoma. The host was fantastic and there for everything we needed quick. It could use a little update and renovation but that is being pickey. It was perfect for us. I suggest everyone give it a chance if you are in town!

This is the second time we have stayed at the house. It is very clean, conveniently located, and within walking distance to a Braum's! We enjoyed our stay.

Very cute house. Only major complaint is there was no hot water in kitchen and only luke warm water to bathe in. Train horns blow constantly. But, truly enjoyed all the antique stores.

We had a long six week stay here while looking for homes in OKC and the property met most of our needs at a affordable price. It’s a older home that hasn’t been updated but it’s clean and the host has stocked every amenity you can think of.
The only issue we had was the dampness and musty odor. This house needs a dehumidifier. And the bedrooms can use some really good mattresses. IMHO, a good nights sleep is crucial. The house is small but the covered patio makes it feel more spacious. Our dog loved the large backyard. It’s in a great convenient neighborhood that butts up to beautiful Nichols Hills. It made my morning walks very pleasant!
The host is responsive and easy to deal with. Despite its flaws I would recommend this property.

House is cozy, nicely decorated and very well-kept. We really like the location. You can't beat sitting on the deck in the morning and listening to the birds in the backyard!
We came for the NCAA Women's College World Series, and found the drive to the stadium to be quick and easy.
We biked around Hefner Lake, used the YMCA, and appreciated the variety of stores and restaurants.

Cute and cozy little house
The house was clean and had a wonderful location. It was small, though. Any more than 2-3 people would be really tight.

Affordable, Comfortable, and Convenient Stay
We had a longer stay to spend time with family. The location was very convenient. We were also fairly close to Oklahoma Athletic Center which had a monthly no commitment rate for our workouts. The yard was fenced and convenient since we traveled with our dog.

Clean, well-appointed, secure yard for dog.
Richard,
Thank you for having us this weekend. By far, this is the best VRBO property we have stayed in over the last 10 years and in as many cities. The house is clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The secure, fenced yard meant we could bring our dog and let her run, worry-free. It was nice to find a Ziploc baggie and shampoo when I realized I needed them. The back porch was a nice extension of the living space, especially after the cool front came in. My best friend lives in OKC and we will be back, staying with you again, if you'll have us.
Thank you,
Linda

The home was quality and an excellent value. For our extended stay we did feel a bit on top of each other (1 parent and 2 teen girls) as the house is smaller and 1 bathroom. Neighborhood was quiet and close to most every amenity. Had a couple of challenges with front door/lock, but quickly resolved by responsive property manager. Thanks!

It was a great experience, a home away from home. Richard was extremely accommodating and available whenever I needed him. The property was equipped with everything you need, it was so nice to not have to run to the store first thing. My extended stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. I would hope to reserve the property again when I am back in town

We wanted a place to stay during the week of the women’s college World Series.
Perfect for us in every way. Location, quality, good value, lake Hefner biking was great.
We weren’t able to view any games etc. on ESPN, no subscription. Not even close to a deal breaker.
We will return again, most certainly.

Positives: The property was very clean, well maintained. Fantastic back porch and very relaxing. I have never seen so many kinds of birds in one back yard. Linens were clean, bedding cleaned and comfy. Loved the organization and everythingwas labeled. Walmart and restaurants within walking distance. Great loction for all the tourist activities. Negatives: Very small garage my car wouldn't fit. Kitchen table chairs very wobbly. There were ants in the kitchen, but that happens this time of year.

Perfect home in the Village
When our house sold before we found another, our realtor recommended we find a VRBO and I’m so glad she did. This was a perfect landing spot for our time in between homes and the property owner made everything easy. We comfortably fit 2 adults, 2 kids & 2 dogs here for 2.5 months. The best surprise was the backyard: the covered patio makes it like an extra room and we spent so much time out there, enjoying the chimenea by night and the nature by day (we got to see three rounds of baby birds and several bunnies that our dogs somehow spared). The house is well appointed and very comfortable. We all slept well and had what we needed to relax during what was a chaotic time. The neighborhood itself is very walkable and the neighbors have been so friendly and welcoming.
I almost didn’t find this place because we really thought we needed more than one bathroom and that may be the only thing that would’ve made this stay any better, but even that wasn’t too big of an issue in the long run. I think we will always look back on our time in this house very fondly and our kids I know will miss the yard!

Great Rental in OKC!
This was our 4th year renting this house for our stay in OKC to attend the Morgan Grand Nationals at the fairgrounds. I could not imagine a better place to spend our week which is why we returned each year! Richard, the owner, supplies everything you need for a comfortable stay. Three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a nice patio in the backyard - the full size washer and dryer were great, as well. Neighborhood is in a nice location; close to everything. There is a really nice grocery store right down the street, and easy on/off access to the highway. Plenty of eating places nearby, as well. Great value compared to a hotel! Thank you, Richard, for 4 great years!

Great Location and House
My wife and I needed a place to stay while we finished up the build of our new home. This was a perfect solution. We were close to everything and the size was just what we needed. Richard was understanding with everything and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Little Oasis in the City
One of the most comfortable, convenient, lovely, and fully accommodating "home away from home"'s anyone could imagine! The central location in NW OKC makes navigating simple; close to any needed vendor or service, in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful back yard and patio, perfect for families with children, but ideal for couples or single travelers as well. Absolute joy to experience as an option to hotel or motel living. 5 stars all features! Don't miss out if in OKC, and in need of a peaceful, restful, delightful abode during your visit!! Susie Miles

Good Option
Overall, our stay at this property was very positive. The home was just as described on VRBO. It’s a good option for families that want to avoid a hotel stay while on spring break or vacation. The home was built in 1951 but has been updated nicely. It’s located in an older residential neighborhood but the neighbors were pleasant. The owner was responsive and generous with supplies such as coffee, cosmetic items and cleaning supplies.

Great Location
Great location for us as we were spending some time in Oklahoma City and the rest in Edmond. Very comfortable for our family of 4 and our dog. Wish we could have taken advantage of the covered deck in the back yard, but this was just a 2 night stay. Comfortable beds, linens and home is in a quiet neighborhood. Walmart one block away and plenty of restaurants near by. We stumbled upon the Christmas light neighborhood displays that were just south of the home when we went out to dinner one night, and we were so impressed. An added treat for our son's graduation wknd from Oklahoma Christian University.
