Set over two levels, this charming home is in a private and elevated position, with views down towards Coolum beach and north to Sunshine Beach. Entry is via the lower level which has two bedrooms, powder room and a large deck area with an ocean view. Upstairs has the light and bright living area, complete with polished timber floorboards and timber feature ceilings to give it that true beach style. The modern kitchen with island bench has black marble bench tops and provides the ultimate sea view while catering for your guests. There are two decks upstairs, and the spacious main eastern deck is most ideal for entertaining with gas BBQ and dining area. The master bedroom with queen size bed boasts ocean views and has plenty of light. The main bathroom is located upstairs and has a huge bath to sit back and soak in. Next to the bathroom is the laundry with washing machine. Walk to Lows Lookout for the most spectacular views of the coast and the hinterland - for sunrises and sunsets. A short drive to local cafes, shops and patrolled beach, this is a great central location to base yourself while you explore all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Pets are $110 each

This lovely home is warm and inviting from the moment you enter. The beach vibe is present in throughout and there are many beautiful paintings and photos of whales. The tiered rainforest garden in the back complete with local water dragon named 'Wally' is a retreat in itself! And the views of the ocean from almost every room in the house are magnificent.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Our main requirement was a pet friendly property, we didn't imagine we'd find something as perfect as this property, especially with fairly short notice. We had an absolute ball and will book again in the future. It's a super quiet location yet still a short walk or Uber or drive into Coolum. Balcony is pure bliss.

A good relaxing holiday with amazing views of the ocean and mountains. Every day there was a cool breeze as we relaxed on the deck. We were very comfortable and our pups enjoyed it also.
