This two storey 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday home is a brilliant base for you stay in Port Lincoln with access to your own private pontoon. Conveniently located only a 5 minute walk to Shark Cage Diving, Swim with the Tuna, Swim with the Sealions departure points, Marina Hotel, Leisure Centre & boating facilities. Continental breakfast supplies will be available for guests to use. The open plan living space includes a large built in bar adjoining the lounge and dining room, with outside access to a superb private undercover entertaining area. Through the large front windows you can enjoy the views of the marina waterways from your lounge chair or as you dine in comfort. Downstairs you have a large kitchen with dishwasher, and ample bench space. Upstairs you will find three generously proportioned bedrooms with master bedroom having a walk in robe and ensuite. The main bathroom upstairs has a bath for the little ones or to spoil yourself with a bubble bath

A very nice property in a quiet part of Port Lincoln. The house was wonderfully spacious, the kitchen and pantry was comprehensively stocked (incredible hospitality and generosity on the part of the host), and the views of the waterway were simply superb. We did find the water pressure in the showers to be a bit too low, but otherwise had a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Adam is a great host the bacon and eggs were a welcome surprise, you can’t really fault the spot at the marina. Near the leisure centre and Marina hotel. Great BBQ area for family feasts.

Our family of 4 all enjoyed our 5 night stay at Marina's Holiday Retreat. Comfortable and clean accommodation with modern kitchen and well stocked pantry. We loved the water front location and our own pontoon which we used to moor our boat. Adam was quick to respond to any queries and very accommodating. Recommended.

Beautiful spacious home located a few minutes walk from Marina. It had everything you would expect in a short term rental property plus things like Milk, Bacon, Eggs and ample Coffee. There was even a small amount of alcohol. This home was right on the water with beautiful views from the large yard. Owner was friendly and was even willing to leave us a tinny to use to move around the water way for yacht week. Couldn’t ask for more really!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Marina Holiday retreat. Adam really is a super host. He had everything taken care of and was always quick to respond if I ever had questions. It was the little things that made it more special - breakfast supplies, cupboard staples etc. It was a beautiful spot and house. We will be back for sure!

Had a great stay, we were welcomed with generous breakfast provisions. There was also a pantry full of basic cooking items. Very clean property. Air conditioning worked very well so we were toasty warm. Host was very accomodating, would recommend thank you Adam.

This would be one of the best properties I've stayed at. From the location, house cleanliness and communication from Adam, everything was spot on. I only stayed two nights but I'll definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous,comfortable property on the canal. A lovely surprise to find bacon and eggs and so many other necessities provided for our use. We enjoyed a beautiful daily coastal walk and use of the 2 kayaks. The house is in a lovely neighbourhood at the marina and close to town.

A spacious and extremely tidy property with direct waterfront access. The property is very well equipped and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Port Lincoln. Relaxing either in the open plan dining area or outside on the patio is a delight.

The property was easy to locate and was exactly as described. 6 single people stayed here for 3 nights. The house was very spacious and the beds (one per person) very comfortable. Adam provided us with eggs and bacon for breakfast (a nice surprise) plus the pantry was well stocked. The property was the best we stayed in on our 3 weeks holidaying on the Eyre Peninsula.

Property was exactly as described. Although a bit dated was very clean and comfortable with good air con. Was impressed with the food, condiments & toiletries made available if required. In a great location with a 2 min walk to marina for shark & seal tours.

Beautifully presented on the Marina. Lovely home with lots of space for a family or 2-3 couples. Excellent location on the Marina. Very comfortable and the added extras in the fridge and pantry were very welcomed.

From start to finish the process of renting was easy. House is beautifully presented and the owner Adam communicated details with us before checkin . This horse was everything plus more as advertised and wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely book again!
