This property is 30 yards to the base of the Gondola and skiing. It is on the river and bike bath. CONSTRUCTION: There is a building going up behind this building. Pricing is reduced right now to compensate. Please feel free to call with questions. Thank you. The Location of our property is perfect - sitting on the stream with views of the mountain, gondola and Summit Express lift from the deck. We are 30 yards to the base of the gondola and skiing. The bridge out back takes you to River Run Village - only a 2-minute walk. There is also a shuttle that stops 50 yards from our door to take you anywhere in Summit County. There are lots of things to do within a very short walk from getting a coffee at Starbucks or Inxtop and several great restaurants like Wolf Rock Tavern, The Spoon Bistro, Luigi’s or Kickapoo Tavern. In the center of the River Run Village is a firepit for the kids to make smores, or go skating on the huge frozen lake. Don’t forget that Keystone offers exclusive night skiing and there’s also a tubing hill for fun. The lodge it's self has a pool with slide, walk-up kiddy pool, play room, theater room, two hot tubs, fire pit, grill, gym, pool table area, and steam shower. The entry is a two story vault with a waterfall into a stream and a beautiful sitting area. The parking is heated and underground. The property and the location are perfect and unparalleled in Summit County. Our property sets up as follows: A master bedroom with a king bed, private bath and Flat Screen TV. The second bedroom has a private bath as well with a bunk bed queen over queen bunk with a twin trundle and a Flat Screen TV. There is also a queen murphy bed in the living area. Ultimately our property sleeps 8 comfortably. Unlike most properties on a rental program, our property is a home. The Livingroom has a flat screen TV and DVD Player. We stay in our property often and therefore it is well maintained, highly appointed, and extremely homey. We have created a home with all the luxuries and then some: coffee maker, ample William Sonoma dinning ware, all the utensils, new furniture, paint and carpet. You will feel at home and you will be happy. Underground parking, access to the community pool, steps to the convenience store and liquor store and restaurants in walking distance, also plenty of shopping at the front door make this a family fantasy location. The lodge has a gym, hot tub, and steam and more. There are lots of things to do within a short walk from getting a coffee at Starbucks or Inxspot to lots of great restaurants like Zuma Roadhouse, Kickapoo, Luigi's, Pizza on the Run, Paisano’s and more. In the center of the River Run Village is a firepit for the kids to make smores or go skating on the huge frozen lake (the largest nature lake that is manicured in North America) in the Lakeside Village. Don’t forget that Keystone offers exclusive night skiing and there’s also a tubing hill for fun. The location was great, facilities were fun, but the windows had no screens so we were limited in being able to open the windows with children, and I specifically called about the pool being in working order before booking and was assured it was. Unfortunately the hot-tubs stopped working during the weekend, and the pool was much colder than expected.
Overall we still had a great time, but the windows are a major safety concern when you’re staying in the upper levels.

Great view and pool but the cleaning crew must have skipped over the entire place. Sandwich crumbs on the table and counter, spilled sauce and hair in the dirty refrigerator. We checked in late on the holiday weekend and the number for support went directly to voicemail. Pretty gross experience.

Love this place! We've stayed here several times and love the location. Upgrades to bathrooms are nice. I'd consider new mattress' in the second br. Unfortunately, construction noise was pretty bad and it blocked the bridge to the village. I'm sad the new construction will block the view of the mtn. But we'll def stay again!

The Springs locations is great! It's less than a five minute walk to River Run Gondola, which made it super easy to drop the kids off at ski school.

Great space and location! Plenty of room for all of us and the 3 full bathrooms is a life saver. Location was perfect, we had access to 2 large hot tubs, the pool and the sauna - all great amenities to have after a day on the mountain. Yes there is construction, but still an easy easy walk to the gondola..just hug the construction fence line down by the garage and there’s a walking path to the gondola!! VERY convenient. Check-in was super smooth and self explanatory, and It was great having a parking spot in the garage! Only reason I marked 4 instead of 5 stars: coffee maker didn’t work, the bunk/trundle beds were uncomfortable (could feel the springs in them) and all the pillows were pretty flat. However, I’d stay here again and just bring my own pillows. Very responsive and smooth process. Thanks for a great stay and fun friend/family memories!

From check-in, to access to the gondola, to the excellent communication-our trip was great! The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for family fun and games! Amenities on the property were great. The condo had all the utensils and blankets etc that you would need for a home away from home. The balcony has a beautiful view, too. Loved having 3 bathrooms as well with a larger group. Overall, very cozy spot and would definitely recommend!

My family as always stayed at The Springs when we travel to Keystone for our ski trip. This condo is probably the nicest and most spacious one we have stayed. However, BEWARE OF THE CONSTRUCTION.
The main reason we stay at The Springs is because of short walk and the location to the gondola. It has always been easy for some people to ski and some to rest. When renting this property there was never a notice of any construction nor was there a discount. The walk to the gondola was double because we had to walk all the way around. They had the bridge blocked to River Run. There was also construction noise early in the morning. This construction should be advertised when renting, because this would have been a factor with young kids and ski gear.

The condo had a great amount of space for us to spread out and sleep in. We appreciated the parking on site as well as the access to River Run gondola and restaurants and shops. Being able to go directly to our room and use the keyless entry was a nice perk. The unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen, bathroom supplies.

My friend and I had a great stay at the Springs. It is easy walking distance to the Gondola to hit the slopes. The management responded immediately to questions. The place was in great order. Loved the location not only to Keystone, to shops, to hot tub, but not a far drive to Breckenridge either. I would stay here again.

We loved the property and condo. We have 2 families. One of 5 with a 10, 6, and 3 year old which were all able to stay in the bunk room and one of 3 with a 6 month old who stayed in the other room. We loved that we had a 3rd full bathroom and the living space was very spacious. Looking over the pool was a plus! Being able to walk to shops and restaurants was very convenient. We would stay here again if we return to Keystone.

Great property and location. We have stayed at the springs many times before.
Kitchen and this unit was well stocked with condiments and spices which was a plus!
The property was dusty and there was no dishwasher soap or spray to wipe kitchen counters down during our stay. I messaged the property manager who got back to me right away, but housekeeping never came to rectify the situation. I wonder if Covid has contributed to low staffing

Wonderful experience!
The property worked wonderfully for our family and was just what we expected. Communication was prompt and accommodating. The pool is great if you have kids and it is such an easy walk to the slopes. We will be looking to return to this property in the future.

We stayed 5 nights and loved the pool (the kids swam twice a day!) and having river run village walkable was great for quick meals ! (Loved luigis , crepe stand , inxpot, snack shack and zuma roadhouse . The gondola ride was a highlight too and RIGHT outside our unit! Took day trips to breckenridge , Denver , Colorado Springs and kremmling for rafting .

Room with a "great" view!
Loved the condo! Opened up the door to a fantastic view of the pool area, so beautiful! Step out onto deck for an amazing view of the gondola and "River Run". I loved how bedrooms were on either side of floorplan, felt very spacious! Hope to book again next year:)

Stay somewhere else
The process for picking up the key was very difficult. It was hard to find a location where the material was. The condo was barely clean. Sheets & Bedding appeared used. The temperature would not be adjusted easily, so it was too cold in the morning and too hot at night. Many of these Keystone properties are Deteriorating.
I called the managing office to report that I was unable to sign in to Wi-Fi and that my fireplace was not working. No one ever came to help with this. Therefore the fireplace did not work throughout our stay and it was chilly in the living room. One good thing about the place is it’s roomy and the television worked, giving access to Netflix etc.

Location is best part
This was a comfortable condo unit with beautiful view of mountains! There were amenities in the building that we didn't use but hope to upon a return visit. Super easy to get to gondola!
Check-in was harder than it needed to be, and the fridge had faulty brackets on the door so when it swung open everything crashed to the floor (sadly, a significant amount of wine)--make a note of this when you rent the unit because probably they'll just snap the brackets back on--you've been warned.
Otherwise we enjoyed the unit very much, just the right size for 4 adults and 3 children.

Quick get away
We decided last minute to sneak up to the mountains for a quick getaway. The condo was nice. It was a little hot because the unit does not have AC (similar to most mountain condos). They did have fans to help cool it off. Overall the unit was nice and the pool was great for the kids. Property manager was helpful.

Wonderful property. Terrible management company
We loved our stay. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It would accommodate more people however. It’s located right behind the village and lifts. The complex is well kept with a great pool for the kids. We will be back for sure.
The management company was hard to get ahold of and not much help. Be prepared to navigate the key pickup and check in process with zero human interaction. Perhaps it’s just the way things are done with management company’s - I don’t know, t’s just strange. They forgot to leave a key to get into the property. But now that we’ve done it and know what to expect, next time will hopefully be a lot smoother.
