Nestled in Makarska, this lovely villa for R 7,011 per night is a great option for your next trip. Villa Marina is a 5 star villa built in a modern style. The house has four separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bedroom with a single bed. There are four bathrooms. In total, 9-10 people live here. The villa has a large terrace with private heated pool of 60m², covered patio and barbecue, high quality garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas. View of the open sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar, in the background the Biokovo Mountains rise up to 1.762m. The living area is 264m² and all areas are fully air conditioned. For cooler seasons, there is a fireplace in the living room as well as central heating throughout the house. A locked garage for 4 cars as well as outdoor parking spaces are reserved on our own property only for our guests. On the ground floor of the house is a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms with toilet, washing machine. Furthermore, you will find on the ground floor two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and the exit to the terrace. On the 1st floor are three bedrooms (two with double bed, one with single bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and the large terrace with a fantastic sea view. In the basement there is a fitness room with treadmill, various fitness equipment, a ping-pong table, toys for children. The konoba includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as seating for 20 people, its own fireplace which can also be used as a grill. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet.
