Reverse floorplan. Bonus den with 82” Smart TV, wet bar with beverage center, ice maker with filtered water, microwave, dishwasher drawer. Gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with filtered water, ice maker, double convection oven, microwave, 5 burner stove, 2 pantries, 2 dining tables, counter seating with 4 barstools. Great room with electric fireplace, 65” Smart TV. Handicap-friendly King master suite with walk-in tiled rain shower. Hot tub in a locked/screened room with benches. HE washer & dryer with folding table/pole. Private boardwalk with shower, bench and steps to the 2 large hot and cold showers. 4-Zone heating and cooling, endless hot water system. Game room with full refrigerator, foosball table. Covered carport with bikes, beach chairs, toys. Constantly upgraded, professionally decorated. 9 flat screen cable TVs, high-speed wireless, games, fans, water softener. Located off Coast Guard Road for quick on/off access. Rents Saturday to Saturday. NO SMOKING! ONE DOG ALLOWED!
