Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. The spacious kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an eat-at bar. The large windows throughout the home provide fantastic views of the lake, and the separate dining room with a table that seats 8 is perfect for intimate meals. The downstairs is an entertainment haven, featuring another kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and two-burner stove top, and a den with large screen TV, couches, and ping-pong table. Step outside to the covered sitting area or stroll down to the lake level to enjoy the gorgeous views of the water. With WIFI and television included, you can stay connected while you relax in this luxurious paradise. AT&T and T-Mobile have excellent cell service, and Verizon is limited, ensuring a peaceful break from the outside world. The double-decker dock has an available slip, power on the dock, and the house has plenty of parking for your trailer. The swim dock and sandy beach area (when water is down) are perfect for families with children to play. A lakeside fire pit is ready for you to enjoy a beautiful night outside. Be aware that the house side of the dock hits the ground at 498 MSL. This pet-friendly property allows you to bring your furry friend along for the adventure with an additional pet fee (per pet per night) and additional cleaning fee. The bedroom layout includes a mix of queens and kings, as well as additional sleeping on twin size trundle, queen size futon, and provided sleeping mats, accommodating up to 20 guests. With a quality boat ramp located less than 1 mile from the house, you can have your boat in the water in no time and return to the comfort of your vacation home. And with additional parking and a children's playground and pavilion located at the community boat ramp, everyone in your group is sure to have a great time. My family enjoyed the property during the New Year holiday. The house is beautiful and spacious. But could use some upgrades. There was some issues with dust. And the appliances could use an update. My family enjoyed sitting around the fire and sitting on the dock listening to music.

We loved this property! Thank you for sharing your home! We had a great time and enjoyed the space for everyone. The views are awesome. No neighbors at the time and that was nice. We enjoyed the dock and walking the property. We were located about 40 mins from everything, another big plus! The weather was beautiful as well so ya did a good job there too LOL. We would definitely come back.

The house is beautiful and the lake is spectacular. We had a restful time with our family. The sunrise was magnificent, the views are so very nice. We like to cook and we had all we needed. I would like to stay in this property again

Home was exactly as represented on website. Renting was easy and dealing with Andrea the rental agent was quite pleasant as she was very responsive and helpful with answering questions we had. Home had plenty of space for the 13 of us who attended (8 adults, 5 children) but would have easily accommodated the 19 that were originally supposed to attend. Will be renting again very soon.
