Me encantó el apartamento y el sitio. Limpio y cuidado

Hay que abandonar el apartamento antes de las 11 y, sobre todo, no estoy de acuerdo en que no se pueda hacer el chek-in HASTA LAS 16 horas. En ningún hotel o apartamento que haya estado se me ha dado el caso. Lo deben mejorar!

Nos gustó todo . El apartamento tiene una ubicación ideal, es muy amplio, todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. Volvería a alojarme allí sin duda .

Great location, responsive staff, cozy apartment. We felt very at home. We will be back.

It was complicated to enter through the key code but the good news is that someone was on the phone to help us get in. This person was amazing.

Brilliant location, elegant retro apartment! Very impressed!

Stunning apartment in the best location. Can walk to many major sites and the shops, restaurants, wine bars and tapas close by were fabulous! The vibrant plaza is visible from the lounge room so you can see all the activity and the glazing on the windows blocks out the noise. The decor of the apartment was very retro and elegant. Would definitely stay here again!!

I could have done with a thicker doona as it was winter. Check in time is 4pm which is very late and difficult for those coming off long haul international flights. 2pm check in and 10am check out would be much more convenient. One of the shower doors couldn't seem to be opened from the inside.

Excellent apartment, perfect location.

A very nice apartment, nicely furnished and comfortable for two couples. Right in the thick of it, we walked to all the major attractions and the apartment itself is on a very nice Plaza which has loads of nice restaurants and bars.

The electric door lock was a bit of a fiddle to work. Once you have access though there is a key card to use which is far better, so only a problem the first time.

Tener un lugar donde dejar el equipaje desde que llegas hasta que puedes acceder al apartamento porque la hora de acceso es un poco tardía en comparación con la hora de salida

Estaba muy bien equipado, que las habitaciones tengan un baño cada una nos vino genial

Todo fue estupendo, solo faltaban tazas para café. Pero por lo demás estaba muy completo

Cozy and central apartment

The apartment was beautiful, very clean with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. It is located in a central but quite square of Madrid and it has everything you need in walking distance (within 2-3mins). The host was super helpful with everything and helped us with any info we asked for. Really a 10 out of 10!

Great appartment with a tech issue

Lovely and clean apartment. Well located close to Plaza Sol and the "touristic" area in general. The appartment is well furnished and the beds are comfortable. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The living room has a low sloping ceiling in spots but is nonetheless functional. There is an elevator (lift).

The key to open the door locks is an app. I did not like that the app needed to be downloaded from a source outside of the Android Play Store. Google does not recommend, and I am not comfortable downloading apps from unknown sites.

Mitten in Madrid

Die Wohnung ist wirklich top und modern ausgestattet. Man würde sich aber zumindest einen Informationsordner wünschen (s.u.). Die Inneneinrichtung ist auch mal nicht von Ikea. Gelegen ist sie mitten in der Stadt mit unzähligen Ausgehmöglichkeitem. Bis zum Plaza del Sol, dem zentralen Platz von Madrid (,und Spanien) ist es nicht weit. Allerdings muss für Bäcker, Lidl und U-Bahn schon was laufen.

Nervig war der Check-In. Da das Appartement-Haus von einer Gesellschaft aus Granada verwaltet wird, gibt es nur telefonischen oder schriftlichen (per Mail oder Nachrichtenfunktion) Kontakt. Hier würde man sich jemand persönlich zum Check-In wünschen, der auch kurz die "Funktionsweise" der Wohnung erläutert. Das ist eigentlich üblich, aber kostet natürlich auch wieder. Auf der Plaza Santa Ana direkt vor der Haustür ist zumindest am Wochenende rund um die Uhr Trubel.. (Die Zimmer sind aber hinten raus und die Fenster schalldicht, so dass Schlafen kein Problrm ist.)

Ottimo, consigliato.

Appartamento molto confortevole, moderno, pulitissimo e centralissimo. Ottimo, consigliato. Nonostante la piazza di sabato sera fosse animata al massimo, pienissima di turisti, grazie agli ottimi infissi, la camera era silenziosa e tranquilla.

Exceptional

Location, Location, Location!! Perfect area for first time visit to Madrid. Extremely close to various sites such as Plaza Mayor, Prado Museum, the Palace etc. The variety of shops, bars and restaurants all around were exactly what we were looking for. Apartment accommodated our family of four perfectly. 2nd bedroom was just what our two teens needed, plenty of space and privacy between rooms. Ample space in living room overlooking Plaza Santa Ana. Would strongly recommend and definitely look forward to staying again.

Only thing I personally didn't like was the firmness of the beds. I adjusted, but it's just a personal preference thing

Overall a well equipped spotless apartment in a perfect location

Location was Perfect so central to everything. Apartment was super clean and had everything we needed.

We couldn’t log into the WIFI all 4 of us tried and password wouldn’t work. Check in for us was hard work with no reception but we had our younger adult children who worked it all out for us. If you are tall floor 4 is not for you.

What a location! This apartment was the perfect base to explore Madrid from

The location was amazing and the apartment was the perfect place to explore Madrid and to crash at the end of a long night! It was also so handy to be able to nip back to the apartments as a base and use tye kitchen for some food to save having to eat out every single meal.
